Sick Day (My little Angel)

*Taurus's POV*

We went out to the club a out two nights ago... She really wanted to, and since it was our anniversary, I obliged.

Now look at her...

Asleep with a fever in our bed, red faced from the heat of her body and a small amount of sweat on her brow. Yet she looked... Peaceful when she slept. I sat down on the bed next to her and caressed her face.

"Hey..." I whispered so I don't startled her too much. Her eyes flittered and she sighed.

"Hey..." Her eyes shut again. "I'm so tired..." She softly said. I carressed the other side of her face.

"Aww... I know." I leaned in and kissed her forehead. "You're so tired.. but I need you to eat something... You haven't eaten barely anything.. I'm worried about you baby..." I kissed her cheek and she smiled. I got up and prepared a fruit smoothie (fruit yogurt, whipped cream, a cherry, all the works) and some eggs and bacon to get her immune system up. I set them on a tray and carried it to the bedroom. I walk in and she is turned on her side, asleep yet again. I sigh.

"Baby..." I walk over and set the tray on the nightstand. I walk around to the side she was facing and laid next to her. I ran my fingers on her arms, giving her goosebumps. She giggled.

"Taurus..." She smiled and opened her eyes. I knew she liked it when I did that. I pulled her to my chest.

"Come on shortcake... Ya gotta eat." I whispered and sat her up, holding her against me in an embrace. I rubbed her back as she sighed and started massaging my shoulders.

"Ok..." She turned around and grabbed the tray and started eating. I put on the TV for her and we watched some comedy TV shows. She needed some laughs to boost her mood.

*About 20 minutes later*

She laid in my arms, trying to sleep. I noticed how fast her heart was beating and how quickly she was breathing.

"Are you ok Amy?" I asked. I usually don't call her by her real name because she likes the nicknames I give her.

"I-Im fine." She shuddered. Was she cold? I wrapped her up tighter in my arms. Maybe she was tense...?

"No you're not..." I sat up and laid her against me.

"What are y-" she started but I put a finger to her lips.

"Shh... baby I need you to relax..." I whispered in her ear and sighed a long breath-filled sigh. She closed her eyes and leaned more into me. "That's better... I'm gonna lightly rub your shoulders... Ok?" She nodded and I grazed my fingertips on her shoulders. Gradually rubbing harder to where I massaged knots out of her joints. She laid her head back on my chest with a sigh.

"Mmm..." She made a noise as I rubbed where she liked. I didn't want to arouse her...! I clicked my tongue in her ear.

"Baby... I don't want to make love right now... I want you to relax... In my arms to help you fall asleep..." I nuzzled her cheek and lightly kissed it. She nodded as an 'ok'. I sighed and I leaned back towards her ear. "I'm gonna give you some small kisses... Ok?" She nodded as I asked and leaned towards her neck. I lightly brushed my lips against her soft skin on her neck, breathing slow and hot breaths. I pressed my lips on her jawline as I continued to rub her shoulders. She smiled and sighed, relishing in the relaxation. I slowly laid her down and held her in my arms and kissed her face in the same manner. After a short bit... She fell asleep. I chuckled.

"Sweet dreams my little angel..." I kissed her forehead as I fell asleep next to her.
