~Part One: Rommel Perkins (Mr.Perkins)~

Not so long ago, There were three bestfriends. Their names are Jonathan Benedicto, Margret Florete and Rommel Perkins. They have been friends since their childhood years because their houses are not far from each other. Every morning, they would play on the streets while in the afternoon, they would play hide and seek in the park and sometimes they would even collect insects. Their families are so fond of seeing the three friends getting along so well. They even went to the same school from kindergarten to grade school.

Then came the highschool days, Little did they know that they have fallen for one girl and that's Margret. The tension between two friends grew..

-AT SCHOOL'S GYM-

They are having a "one on one" challenge: Whoever scores five points first will be the one to confess his feelings to Margret.

"Dude! It doesn't have to be like this!' Jonathan said as he dribbled the ball.

"No, this is the only way to settle this!" Rommel said as he snatched the ball from Jonathan's hand and shoot the ball through the ring. "That's one point for me. Come on, Nate! You're not even trying!". He added, giving the ball back to his friend.

" Because I don't want our friendship to end!" Jonathan dribbled the ball, ran towards the ring and shoot the ball like a pro.

"That's what I'm talking about! Be a man, Nate!". Rommel said with a serious face.

[A/N: Sorry! I don't know any basketball terms at all. -.-]

After dribbles and shoots, It all comes to one winner and it's........................................

"Wish me luck,Dude!" Rommel said as he waved his hand in the air and went to look for Margret.

Jonathan just smiled weakly and walked away.

-PARK-

"Hey, Margret!" Rommel called her name when he saw her walking alone.

"O, Rom! How did you know I'm here?" She smiled at her friend.

"I just know that you're fond of parks" He smiled back.

"Want to hangout for a while?" She asked as he held his hand and lead him to the playground.

None of them spoke a single word as they continued to swing but they tried to break the silence.

"Uhmm.... Mar..." "Uhmm....Rom" They spoke together.

"You first". Marga smiled a little.

Rommel paused for a while, took a deep breath and gathered all his energy to say,

" I...... I Love You, Margret"

Her face suddenly changed when she heard the three words that any girl would long to hear. She just looked down on the ground with a sad face.

"Sorry, Did I offend you?" Rommel tried to light up the atmosphere.

"I'm sorry,Rom. I just can't" She looked at him with mixed feelings.

"Oh. You're not allowed to date?"
