Red is more than the Champion now. He rules Kanto.
Oak and Green have vanished. The Gym leaders were next. So have the Elite Four. There is only him. And no one who dared to challenge him has come even close to victory.
Red ruled with an iron fist. Some followed out of fear, some agreed with his ideals. Disobey, and be severely punished.
But in the depths of the long abandoned Victory Road, a group of people reside, simply known as the Resistance.
But they can't hide forever. One of these days they will have to strike back.
Kanto will be restored.
