Chapter 6 ~ Grand Magic Games

Author~Chan here to clear some stuff up before your chappie this happened after the Tenrou Island incident and the infinity clock thing without further ado enjoy your chappie also sorry the extra late update I stayed the night at meh friends and when I was trying to write she kept making dying moose noises and scaring  me idfk at this point

~Back at the guild~ ~Your POV~

I sat at team Natsu's table playing with my  F/C exceed E/N (exceeds name) When Gramps called us all to the front "Listen up brats! This year we will be participating in Grand Magic Games!" We all stood waiting for who would be selected. I myself was not sure of what the grand magic games were but those who weren't on Tenrou island didn't seem to enthusiastic so they mustn't be good news. "Representing the guild this year will be Natsu, Gray, Erza, Lucy and Wendy! The reserve member will be Y/N!" Wendy started panicking and begging gramps to let her swap with Mira or even me! I smiled faintly 'poor thing'  I thought to myself  'she must be terrified'  E/N grabbed me lightly by the wrist and pulled me out the guild doors away from everyone else. "What if they find out!?" E/N exclaims "you know what they did last time!" I look to the dusty grass at my feet "It's in the past E/N plus I'm only the reserve there's next to n chance of me having to compete in any of the the events anyway" I looked up into her ( yesh I'm making it a her becuz I say so srry if u don't like) eyes "let's head back" I say I couldn't shake the feeling that someone was watching lurking somewhere into the shadows ready to pounce so I hurriedly rushed E/N back inside the guild hall and shut the door behind us.

~Time skip after the three months cos Author~Chans lazy~ ~Your POV~ ~In Crocus~

All the others except for Erza were lagging behind acting like Natsu on train. In other words complaining - A lot honestly I'm not surprised Erza handled it that well she is one of fairy tails S class wizards. "So what are we planning to do we have the entire day to spend exploring Crocus!" E/N exclaimed excited like a kitten with catnip! I giggled slightly at her behaviour she was a kitten all over again. I couldn't help but think back to when I first found her egg in the forest a pure white with F/C swirls like fire.  Without realising where  I was going I walked into a street post " Shit." I cursed under my breath I have a habit of doing that. (Is that breaking the fourth wall? Idfk ;-;) I got up and regained my composure as if nothing had happened when I noticed a large crowd around three people Natsu a guy with blonde hair a I'm a jerk feel about him. 'Probably gonna be an egotistical maniac' I thought to myself and another with slick black hair covering one of his piercing red eyes he was pretty hard to read, but he didn't seem to look like the talkative type (not stereotyping right now that stuff Ain't cool 3: it's Pruely for plot progression)  and look what we have here me being right we'll gasp shock the blonde was busy talking himself up and the one with the black hair was standing there emotionless. After a few minutes of the blonde's crap Natsu was on the verge of starting a fight "you can see the 'fire' in his eyes" I whispered to E/N she face palmed "your puns only ever seem to get worse" Lucy walked through the crowd seemingly out of nowhere (your a wizard Harry!) and calmed him. With a few snarky remarks from the blonde and a few 'I ship it's' from E/N the whole ordeal was over and everyone seemed to go about their lives as if this never happened. I finished explaining the whole ordeal to Erza as we sat down at a little cafe and talked over some strawberry cheesecake. "Well it's seems as though you had quite the afternoon" Erza says in between bites of her cheesecake I shrugged "honestly it was more of an afternoon for Natsu and those Saberooth jerks than anybody else really it was more of a distraction a way to pass the time you know" I say as a matter of factly and pop a peice of cheesecake into my mouth " actually do you know why we have to be back at our motels by midnight anyway?" I ask Erza hoping she would know she seems  to have an answer for everything "honestly I don't know my self I read the rule book cover to cover and I didn't find anything about it maybe it's a new custom?" I shake my head and stand from the table " I'm going to head off it was great Getting  to chat to you Erza" I say with a wave and a smile. She gives me a wave before heading back to the bar to get another peice of cheesecake. I walk through the streets of Crocus and admire the flowers that decorate every sign and flower basket I now know why it's called the cit of flowers it ps beautiful here I couldn't think of a city more deserving of capital of Fiore. I looked at my watch it was 11:30 I should probably head back to the motel I don't want to be late for whatever challenge the grand magic games has set for us. This year Fairy Tail intends to win!

There you go! Happy? I worked my but off on this chappie as I'm writing this it's 5:20 in the morning so don't blame me if it's a bit crappy. Also this was more of a follow the antics or a day as you kind of chappie but I promise the next chappie will be much More entertaining!
