"Holy chocolate fudge!" Hallies said out loud.

"Not so loud Hales!" I whisper yelled at her. I saw Luis turning his head around to see what was all that commotion about. The minute my blue eyes met his grey ones, my cheeks flushed tomato red and I banged my head on he table. Goodness, what is happening to me? I heard a chair being pushed back and I immediately knew it was Luis  because the next thing I know he was next to me.

" TJ! Are you alright?" He placed his hands on my shoulders.

"Yeah I'm fine." I heaved.

"Why the fuck did you bang your own head on the table?"  He shouted at me. He was mad. Why was he mad?

"You don't have to shout at me  Carson! Who the hell do you think you are!" I shouted back

"I-I was worried about you." He said softer this time with his head down. " You ignored me the whole night yesterday and didn't even look me in the eye today"

"Are you mad at me?" He looked up at me with guilt all over his face.

" I am not mad at you Luis. I jut don't get why did you have to do that to me last night?" I said just barely enough for him to hear.

"I'm sorry TJ . If I knew you would react like this I wouldn't have done that. Just forget about it for now TJ. " And with that he walked away.

"Hi do you till remember my name?"  Hallies broke the thick tense silence.

"Oh sorry Hales, I forgot you were even here."

"It's cool, at least you remembered my name" She shrugged.

Luis

What the fuck was I even thinking?! How could I do that to a girl I just met and furthermore my step sister! ( sort of) I mentally slapped myself for doing something just because I could not control myself. Damn hormones. The image of Tiffany in my mind still stayed vivid in my mind. Her eyes were red and it looks like she haven't been sleeping well. I tried to hold back the urge to comfort her and tell her the reason why but I just couldn't hurt her.

Fuck I am getting whipped by some chick real good.

Trudging my heavy legs into class, I saw Gabe trying to talk to her and comforting her. That idiot ass obsessed prick. My attention moved to TJ's , she was looking a little bit better now but sadness was still showed in her eyes. How I wish I never did what I wanted to do so badly.

School was finally over and I had managed to avoid TJ all day but I knew that the moment we went home, my mom would ask a bunch of unnecessary questions.

"Oh Luis is that you?" My mom called, dang that was fast.

" Yeah who else would it be?"

"I thought it would be Tiffany , she's still not back and it's almost dinner time." She replied.

TJ's not back? Wow who knew the good girl would even step out of this house and went past her curfew. Going to my room to take a quick shower I scrolled down the contacts of my phone, landing it on a random number and called it. If she's gonna forget about hat kiss so am I.

"Mom! I won't be eating dinner with you! Bye!" I informed her and ran out the door.
