Chapter twelve

<Sirius: Are you okay?>

<Me: Yes, I am. Don’t worry about me.>

<Sirius: Okay, I’m just making sure. And Bob says that you can work in both places, half the week at the shop and the rest at the diner.>

<Me: Okay well today is my day off, so I get to sleep in.>

<Sirius: Nope! I’m on my way to pick you up. And tommy really wants to see you.>

<Me: I miss that little monkey. Talking about him, I need to text Roxy.>

<Me: Roxy you are a liar!>

<Sirius: okay we are here.>

    Sirius knocks on the front door. And Luna goes and opens it.

“Mommy!!!!!!!” Tommy screams out.

“Hey Tommy.” I say picking him up.

“Park!” Tommy says excitedly.

“We can’t go right now. I have to talk to Roxy. And you have to tell me what you did yesterday.” I tell Tommy.

“So we are here. I want to hurry up because I need to buy groceries.” Sirius tells me.

“It’ll only take a minute.” I reply.

“Why would you tell me all of that? You’re a mean person.” I tell Roxy.

“Well I had to do it because I was telling Sirius that you didn’t care what he did. And that you weren’t going to take him back that easily. But I was wrong. You broke faster than a rubber band. Sirius texted snake and snake told me.” Roxy informs me.

“Next time don’t involve me and please tell me what you are doing.” I snap at her. “What did Sirius tell snake?” I ask Roxy shyly.

“All I know is that Sirius said he made love to you. I have no clue what that means. The last thing he said was that he enjoyed.” Roxy tells me.

“Are you sure that’s what Sirius said? I never thought Sirius would use the word make love, instead of sex.” I say aloud.

“Well he said that.” Roxy says.

“Are you ready?” Sirius ask me and I nod my head.

“What did I do?” Sirius asks me, parking the car.

“You told snake about the other night.” I remind him.

“Sorry.” Sirius apologizes.

“Why did you tell him?” I ask him, angrily.

“Because I knew he was just going to tell Roxy. He’s my best friend. I can trust him.” Sirius tells me.

“What exactly did you tell him?” I ask him.

“I told him that I didn’t want to make love with you under those circumstances but I don’t regret it. Then he asked me if I enjoyed it? and I said yes and that’s why I said we made love. Not we had sex.” Sirius replies.

“Why did you say we made love?” I ask him again.

“Because I love you and sex is for people who don’t love each other. I love you and I know you love me. or so I think.” Sirius says confused.

“I do love you.” I tell him.

“Okay so this is all we need. Do you need anything else?” I ask him.

“Oh yeah I almost forgot. We need to buy steak, beer, sour cream, chips, and stuff for a barbeque. The guys are coming over in few minutes.” Sirius tells me.

“What?!” I scream at him. “I need to get a lot more than this.” I tell him.

“Alright so I want you to start on the grill. I’ll be preparing the meat and chicken. Oh and you need to put the ice chest out. I think I need to clean.” I tell him.

“You don’t have to clean. I cleaned this morning.” Sirius tells me.

“Okay then my work is going to be easy.” I say happily.

“Hey you guys. Sirius is in the back.” I tell the guys.

“Do you need any help?” jade ask me.

“No thank you… what are you doing here?” I ask her.

“Sirius invited us. And Zane is getting the drinks.” Jade tells me.

“I can’t believe he did that. How’s zade?” I ask her.

“Who’s zade?” jade ask me.

“I forgot you didn’t know. Zade is the baby.” I tell her.

“That’s a great name. Do you think we can use it if the baby is a girl?” jade ask me.

“Yes you can.” I reply to her.

“Sis, can I talk to you?” Zane ask me.

“Sure.” I tell him.

“I’m really glad you’re with Sirius. I’m not happy that you kiss him but I’ll get over it.” Zane says.

“Thanks that means a lot.” I tell him.

“Alright I just wanted to say that.” Zane says to me.

“That was a great barbeque. Well I’ll see you later.” I tell Sirius.

“Please stay.” Zane begs me.

“Why?” I ask him.

“I can’t sleep without you.” Sirius admits to me.

“I can’t stay.” I tell him again.

“Please I’ll do anything.” Sirius continues.

“Okay I’ll stay.” I tell him.

“I love you.” Sirius says to me.

“I love you to.” I whisper to him.
