Chapter 1

All the students slumped against their seat as their teacher continued to discuss about another boring topic.

Everyone was busy waiting for the bell to ring to even acknowledge their poor teacher's presence. Some were passing crumpled papers while others were busy doodling on their notebooks.

At last, the bell rang. All the students cheered silently and began to shove their things on their bags. As they leave, one student remained sitting not giving a single care in the world for she was too busy in the dream realm, Y/N. No one dared to wake her up knowing how scary she can be, so they decided to just leave her be and mind their own business.

The sky was getting darker and darker as minutes passed yet the person was still sleeping. That was until a ravenette decided to disturb the sleeping girl by slamming the door open. The poor girl squeaked and fell off the seat, landing on her bum.

"Aww!" She whined massaging her bum as she glared at the person. "That hurts! What do you want?" She hissed, yet the person didn't give a damn and leaned on the door while staring at her. "Your old man is waiting, come on." The guy said without any emotion before dragging the girl by her arm. "Wait!" The girl tried to free herself but failed.

"What now?" The guy groaned. "My bag, you dumbass!" The girl said then grabbed her bag. "So? What does he want?" She asked facing the ravenette. "I don't know. It's been so long since he called Erwin." The guy hissed. "He probably wants something from your dad?" The girl suggested. "Jesus fucking christ I told you he's not our dad! They probably want to get something from each other." Levi sighed. "Yeah yeah whatever, let's go their probably waiting." Y/N said giggling.

"I'm home." Y/N sighed and changed from her shoes to a more comfortable pair of slippers. "Young master you're back! The masters are waiting for the two of you in the mistress' garden along with master Levi's father. Even master Levi's sister is there! Isn't that wonderful!" The maid greeted the two. "Oh do please follow me! I'll be accompanying the two of you on the way there!" She said before leading them to Y/N's mother's garden while pushing a cart filled with various treats.

Once they entered the garden, Lindsey, Y/N's mother quickly noticed them. She squealed and kissed Levi's cheeks along with Y/N's. "Oh my god! Levi you've grown so much!!" Y/N snickered at her mother's comment while Levi glared at her. "I don't think so, mother." She said teasing the ravenette. "Oh shut up dear! Just look at those legs! Oh and his arms too!" Her mother giggled like a teenager.

"Oh dear, mother's turning into a child again!" Devon said as he approached his younger sister just to mess with her 'perfectly combed' hair.

"Argh, stop it! You're just jealous nobody has told you that yet!" Y/N playfully punched her brother's arm as she tried to fix her ruined hair. "Yet!" His brother cheered and once again messed with Y/N's hair.

"Dear! The children arrived!" Lindsey cheered and ran to her husband who was busy talking to Erwin, Levi and Mikasa's guardian.

"Mikasa is Hanji here yet?" Erwin asked his daughter. "Not yet." Mikasa replied busy tapping on her phone. "Teenagers these days, I swear." Erwin only sighed and shook his head. "They're hard to handle..." Adam, Y/N's father added.

"Uhh, can I go now?" Mikasa got up from her seat and stood next to her brother. "Mikasa, we already talked about this." Erwin stood up and placed a hand on his daughter. "We did, but the gang's calling." Mikasa said softly and hid her face on her scarf. "You can go later, this a special day for your father and your uncle." Lindsey said and patted Mikasa's head like a mother would do to her little princess.

"How about we drink some tea while we wait?" Lindsey offered sensing the teen's troubled face.

"Yeah you're right." Devon grinned and held a teacup on his hand. "So uhh how's life with your girlfriend?" Lindsey giggled like a teen and leaned on her husband. Erwin turned red and coughed upon hearing the woman's question. "W-we're doing fine! Actually I'm planning to surprise her--" Erwin didn't get a chance to finish what he was saying because the next second, Hanji came bursting in the garden's door. "Who's going to surprise who?!" She asked happily.

"H-hanji!! You're here!" Lindsey cheered then the two of them began squealing and hugged each other. "Sorry for being late, something came up in my lab." She grinned and began shaking Adam's hands. "No, not really. You're just right in time." Adam smiled. "Thanks goodness! I didn't realize that I was already late so I rushed here as fast as I can!" She explained throwing her hands in the air.

"Sooo, what's with surprise you guys are talking about?" She asked leaning on her partner, hugging his right arm. "Ahh yeah! We were talking about the Smith's and L/N's next project!" Erwin said and held the girl by her waist.

"Oh! You mean the merging thing we discussed last night?!" Hanji beamed. "Huh? Merging thing?" Both Levi and Y/N asked in sync then glared at each other. "Oh look they're getting along! I knew from the start our plan will be a complete success!" Lindsey cheered with Hanji.

"Err what are they talking about?" Y/N asked her brother. "It's about... uh... Mom help me!" Devon smiled awkwardly and tugged his mothers dress lightly.

"Oh dear, I was so excited I forgot to deliver the news." She chuckled lightly then gave a mischievous smile.

'I don't like the look on her face...' Y/N thought to herself staring at her mother.

"Should I tell them dear?" Her mother asked. "Do as you please." Adam smiled in reply.

"YOU GUYS ARE GETTING MARRIED!!"
