[HIATUS!!] Arranged Marriage [Levi × Fem! Reader]

Chapter 3

The bell rung signalling it was time for lunch. Everyone rushed to the cafeteria not wanting to wait in line starving. Y/N was left in their classroom lost in her own thoughts. She was too busy thinking about the marriage proposal later that she didn't notice the time.

"Oi!" A hand slammed on her table leaving her startled once again like the previous day. "W-wha?" She stuttered. "What, you're planning on daydreaming the whole day? I'm starving let's go!" Levi grumbled. 

"Oh right." She quickly got up and picked up her bag before following after Levi.

After lunch, the principal himself declared that the students were free to do whatever they wanted for the next period. Levi quickly excused himself from the scene leaving his fiance with her friends.

"Y/N what was that??! Why was Levi eating at our table?!" Eren panicked slamming his hands on the table earning suspicious looks from other students who are also dying to know what was happening. "I mean I get it, you two are close but he has his own friends too? Plus you two came together?  And without Mikasa?" Eren sat down rambling.

"Y/N and Levi are in a relationship." Mikasa said quietly only Armin and Eren heard it clearly.

"Did she say something?" "I couldn't hear it." "She definitely said something."  Murmurs were heard.

"WHAT?!" Eren once again slammed his hands on the table, this time it was harder. "Really?" Armin was shook.

"Whats more they're getting en--" "AAAH! Mikasa?" Y/N raised her brow in panic. "Oh, right." As if on cue, the speakers on the hallways worked as if there was an emergency.

"Students of Rose Academy, head to the gym in an orderly fashion for an event. I repeat, students of Rose Academy, head to the gym in an orderly fashion. Thank you."

Y/N knew it was Hanji in the announcement room.

"Uh.. What's going on?" Connie asked. "I don't know but if it's something interesting then we should be on the front!" Sasha answered while munching on a cookie. "You're right let's go." Reiner motioned his own group to follow him.

"Then should we go too?" Armin asked. "Why the heck not?!" Eren grinned and quickly pulled Y/N who pulled Mikasa and Armin. Other students also rushed to the auditorium curious of what was happening. 

On their way, Hanji grabbed Y/N's hand. "Sorry can I borrow her for a bit?" "O-oh of course." Eren said dumbfounded. He knew he can't say no to that science-crazed woman.

"Hey Hanji where are you taking me?" Y/N asked while they were running. 

"In my office of course! Your mother told me to put some make up on you before anything happens!" Hanji giggled. "Don't get me wrong, you already look good buuut, you know the media! a little flaw and you'll be judged." She sighed, "True."

"Hey Eren, what do you think's going on?" Armin asked glancing at his friend. "No clue." He bit his lip. Just like other students, he was dying to know what was happening.

Then a voice spoke surrounding the whole gym. "Students of Rose Academy, calmly wait on your seats, the program will begin soon." After that the gym got silent again.

"Okay let's just see whats gonna happen here." Eren muttered.

"To be honest I kinda feel like something bad's gonna happen." Connie stated. "It feels like were being escorted to our death." Jean followed. 

"Hey now Jean, don't be so negative!" Marco scolded his friend. Reiner chuckled but Berthold and Annie stayed quiet.   

"What's going on? We've already been waiting here for like, ten minutes now." Eren asked impatient.

Then, the speaker boomed again. "Students of Rose Academy, we know that all of you are dying to know what's happening. Remain calm and the program will begin in a few moments."

As the speaker announced, after five minutes the lights went off.

"W-what's happening?!" 

"Oh my gosh it's so creepy!" 

"Franz I'm scared!" 

"Don't worry Hannah I'm here!" 

Students began murmuring in panic. No one knew what was happening but sure as hell it was creepy for them.

The rambling continued for a few minutes until the spotlight turned on. In the middle of the spotlight, a girl was sitting calmly with her eyes covered by a piece of cloth.

Murmurs.

"Hey Mikasa! Isn't that Y/N?!" Eren asked in panic. "Eren, calm down.."

"What the heck is she doing in there?!" Jean also asked, worried. "I don't think today's her birthday." Armin stated. "And she seemed pretty clueless when we were heading here.." Eren paused, "Don't tell me they're trying humiliate her?!" Eren panicked.

"If that's it shouldn't we rescue her?" Reiner suggested. "I don't think that's it." Annie stated quietly. "Let's just wait and see what happens." She added.

"This is driving me nuts!" Eren said through his gritted teeth, his leg shaking obviously impatient.

Eren was on edge, "If another minutes pass and nothing happens I'll go up the sta--"

The mic went off followed by a music.

"I'm not the one who's into romance." A voice said.

"Who's that?" "Oh my Franz its so romantic!" "Dang she's lucky."

"A confession?" Armin asked himself. "Seems like it." Jean answered seriously.

"I'm not the one who's into surprises nor public display of affection. I'm not the one to get serious on relationships. I'm not the one to put effort just to make a girl fall in love with me. But, you changed me." Then the guy who was speaking stepped out of the curtains, into the light making the whole crowd gasp.

"Levi?!" Eren along with the whole crowd shouted. But he just ignored them. He walked to Y/N's direction before he untied the cloth covering her eyes. Then he leaned close to her ear making it look like he kissed her cheek.

"You ready? Just act natural. Don't let them bother you, keep your eyes on me okay? Make them believe."
