Opposites Attract

The Dorm

For a few minutes both girls just stood there and starred at each other. After a while of silence Clara put her hand out and said "Hi I'm Clara." Ashlynn looked at Clara's hand before saying "I'm Ashlynn" grabbing her bags and pushing past her and unlocking the dorm door. Clara just sort of ignored how rude Ashlynn had just been towards her, grabbed her stuff and walked into her new dorm. The dorm was beautiful, it had a large kitchen, a living room, a small dining area and two bedrooms. Both girls were in awe at how nice the dorms were.

-Clara's Pov-
I looked around the dorm for a minute before grabbing my bags and telling Ashlynn "I call the room on the right." She just nods so I grab my stuff and head for my room. When I open the door I am in awe once again. The room was awesome, it had a double bed in the corner with a dark wood bedside table beside it. There was also a dark wooden desk, a dresser and a matching book shelf in the room. There was a closet with doors that were covered in two large mirrors. There was a large window by the bed that let in lots of natural light. There was another door in the room that I assumed connected to the bathroom. The room was amazing, But the white walls and dark hard wood floors still looked bland and boring so I decided I would go down to the car to get all the decor stuff I brought. So I put my bags down and headed out to the car.

-Ashlynn'sPov-
"I call the room on the right" I heard Clara say. I just nod my head and continue to stair at the dorm in awe. This place was ten times nicer then any house I have ever lived in through out my entire life. I loved it, it was spacious and just plain awesome in my head. I am sure to most people it was just average but I have spent my whole childhood in small rundown apartments that were shared between like ten people so this was heaven to me even if I had to share it with a girl that was clearly my polar opposite. I decided that I was going to check out my room and start planing where I was going to put up my posters and stuff once I picked it up from the post office since I couldn't bring it on the bus with me. I opened the door and looked into my new bedroom. It was gorgeous, there was a double bed in the corner. There was also a dark wooden desk, a dresser, a bedside table and a matching book shelf in the room. There was a closet with doors that were covered in two large mirrors. There was a large window by the desk that let in a little to much light for my taste so I would need to buy some dark curtains. There was another door in the room that was most likely the bathroom since I hadn't seen one yet.

I was curious to see what the bathroom looked like so I opened the door. It looked amazing, there was a white marble counter top and a white bathtub that was surrounded in the same marble. The toilet and sink were a shiny white and there was a silver towel rack in the one corner. There were also silver shelves in both the shower and near the toilet to put stuff on. There was also a small white cabinet to put towels and stuff in. The cupboards under the sink were white and there was a large mirror over the sink. The walls were white and the floor was white marble tiles. I loved it and it only had one door so that meant it was all mine. My black towels would go perfectly with this room's design and I couldn't wait to pick up the rest of my stuff and get to work decorating my room and bathroom. Moments after I got an alert on my phone saying my stuff had just arrived at the post office and I could pick it up. So I grabbed my purse and headed to the bus stop.

-Third Person Pov-
Both girls loved their dorm, and neither of them could wait to get their stuff and make it their own. But neither of them had thought about the other rooms and they had both forgotten that this dorm was shared. Hopefully their differences didn't cause to many fights and they would get along. They are both just going to have to wait and see what its like to live with your polar opposite.
