Chapter 5

Regina's POV
"Regina swan-mills?" The midwife calls. "Yes that's me." I stand up and Emma is still sitting "Emma. Emma come on" I smile she smiled and stands up. Why did she looked shocked.? "mrs swan-mills I have my sister here with me today just helping out while my assistant is off is that okay?" The midwife asked I heard Emma gulp. I gave her a confused look she just mouthed 'I'm sorry' "yeah uh that's fine" I looked at Emma and she looked like she was going to cry "you okay em?" I whispered still following the nurse. "Regina I'm sorry." "What for?" I asked scared. "This" she says as we stop at the door and enter the room "mrs swan-mills this is my sister ruby" I look at her sister face full of rage. "YOU HAVE TO BE FUCKING KIDDING ME!" "I looked at Emma who had a tear fall from her eyes. "Regina calm down it's not good for the baby. Or you" she said sweetly I smiled and wiped away the tear I turned around to ruby. She looked shocked "y-your pregnant. EMMA you got her Fucking pregnant!" "Yes because she's my wife. And I love her. When me and her broke up I didn't sleep with you because I was still in love with her. It will always be her ruby. No matter what!" "Emma all I wanted was you and a baby. I wanted a family with you! To get married to grow old together. That's all I've ever wanted. But you go and get that bitch pregnant!" Ruby said shouting through tears her sister looking at us shocked. "Ruby. I don't love you. I love Regina I want everything with her. And most of all I want no I need for you to stop interfering with my family." Emma shout back. I walk to the bed and sit in it they look at me confused "Gina what are you doing?" "Staying out of this. It's not healthy and I want to see our baby." Emma smiled and took my hand ruby still had tears running down her face watching us. I sighed "ruby. I know you hate me. I hate you to. But I know you love Emma but you don't love her as much as I do. So I'm going to put this in the nicest way possible. If you or mal try anything to damage our family I will rip your heart out and crush it!" I said calmly and softly which looked quite psychotic. Emma giggles "that my girl" she says and kisses my head. Ruby just looked stunned I smirked and turned back to the midwife. "Can we do this scan now?" She nodded after a few minutes the scan of our baby was on the screen "omg Emma look out baby" I say looking at Emma tears streaming down our face. "Babies" the midwife says my eyes widened "b-babies?" Emma and I questioned "yes congrats your having twins" "oh my god Emma we're having twins!" "Oh my god I love you Regina" she says and kisses me passionately.
