Chapter 3: I Missed You Part 3

Hello! This is Blue here! I know this story won't be able to get far, maybe about 1K views and 500 votes at most, I don't know. That's what I hope to get at least, somewhere around that area. Maybe. Anyways! Let's just get straight into the story! I don't have much to say, so please, enjoy!

"Yang.... How are we going to tell her..... Exactly?" Ruby whispered hesitantly. Yang looked down at her and smiled.

"Weiss...." Yang started, her voice confident. She stood up straighter, and grinned. Weiss nodded, giving Yang her full attention. Ruby felt a surge of hope appear inside her. "Ruby has something to tell you." Yang said and took a step back. That surge of hope was thrown out the window when she heard Yang say that. Ruby blushed and gaped at Yang. Yang chuckled. "I'm just kidding. But you should tell her, your her 'Best-Friend', remember?" Yang ruffled Ruby's hair.

Ruby groaned and fought the blush down. Exhale. "Weiss, um.... Me and Yang are.... uh.... d-dating." Ruby whispered the last sentence while looking down and kicking a rock. "What?" Weiss asked, a look of confusion on her face. "I didn't hear you." Did she say what I think she said? Weiss took a step forward and looked at Yang. "She said, we're dating." Yang answered for Ruby, pulling Ruby into a hug.

Weiss then paused, looking at them both like they just killed their own family. Her shoulders sagged, and she felt more tears sting her eyes as she looked at them in disbelief. Yang.... and Ruby? She felt her heart drop to her stomach. But.... No. They're joking. She took a step back and looked down, the tears streaming down her face. This can't be happening, I finally get to see my crush after six months..... Now I get my heart broken? "You.... two are.... dating....?" Weiss whispered and Yang looked at her, a look of sympathy. "I know it's a lot to take in, but it's true." Yang said. Weiss trembled as she gritted her teeth. I can't blame Ruby, or Yang. "Weiss? Are you okay?" Ruby asked. She stepped up to Weiss and put a hand on her shoulder. "Weiss...?" Ruby asked again. Weiss backed up, Ruby's hand falling down. "I... I'm alright, I'll meet up with you two at a later time." Weiss said, turning away, and walking back towards the academy.

I forgot.... Ruby gasped as she realized what Weiss must be going through.

Weiss was talking to herself about her feelings she felt towards Yang in their dorm room, and Ruby had just entered. "You have a crush on my sister?!" Ruby exclaimed, beaming. She had known a few boys who had a crush on her elder sister, but she had not known a girl who did. So this was surprise for her in many different ways, one being that it was Weiss out of all people. Seriously, she would've thought it had to be Blake. "W-what are you doing in here?! You should be in classes!" Weiss all but screamed at Ruby. "Yea, but I had to come and get some papers from the assignment Professor Peach gave us last week." Ruby answered. "Last week?! You should've turned that in a few days ago!" Weiss yelled. "Weiss! I know! I finally got it done, so I can turn it in now! Anyways, besides school, you have a crush on my sister?!" Ruby asked. Weiss sighed, a blush rising up from her neck and spreading across her face. "No. I do no know what you are talking about, Dolt." Weiss turned away, crossing her arms."Wait. Shouldn't you be in class also?" Ruby asked. "My last class was cut short, now leave. Professor Peach will get upset if you aren't there on time." Weiss said and Ruby nodded. She went to her desk and grabbed her papers that she needed. "We'll talk more about your little crush on Yang later." Ruby said with a smirk and left. She likes Yang, I can't believe it.

After that, they talked about it. It was confirmed, Weiss liked- LOVED Yang Xiao Long. Ruby started to tease her about it a few weeks after. As far as she knew, she was the only one who knew about Weiss' little crush. Ruby thought about Neptune for a minute. What about him? Weiss doesn't consider him a crush just because she liked him for a few days, but Yang.... Weiss has had a crush on her for a few months, so it was definitely a crush.
