Nico's POV

"A quest?" I questioned slowly, making sure I had heard her correctly.

"Yes, a quest, and you would have more time if I had grabbed you last night. But you seemed to be a bit busy with that Apollo boy. Now listen up as Hecate explains her quest." Hades said impatiently, a smirk tugging at his lips.

I felt my face heat up at this comment and I ducked my head down to avoid any more embarrassment. Hades chuckled, and glanced at Hecate, nodding at her to continue.

"A long time ago, four of my children were in an accident, leaving their magical abilities almost gone. The only way they could channel there magic was through wands. They decided to start a school to help other people like them. They found out that many demigods had children whose powers could be channeled in the same way. This school has grown and the wizarding world around it. However, a dark wizard named Voldemort came around. He killed many and was recently defeated by Harry Potter. Voldemort tried to kill this boy as a baby with a killing curse, but it failed and rebounded on him, causing Voldemort to loose his power. He rose again and was defeated by Harry. However, Harry seems to have trouble drawn to him. We need someone to watch him.

For the next year, you will be attending Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. You will be in the redo 7th year class, even though you are 3 years younger than them. Everything you need has been put aside for you, besides your pet and wand. Do you accept this quest?" Hecate explained.

I pondered her question. Dad had ranted to me about Tom Riddle, the man who tried to escape death. He insulted our family and I cannot tolerate that. Also, it gives me a chance to be away from camp for a bit.

"I accept your quest, Lady Hecate." I responded at last.

"Excellent. Be warned, however. Your name is very powerful, seeing as your mother was a witch—"

"My mother was a witch?" I questioned.

"Yes, now please let me finish. You will need to head to Gringotts with this key, then head to Ollivander's for a wand. Next, you will get a pet, an owl is probably the best. After all of this, you should go to 12 Grimmauld Place. Ask for Professor Dumbledore and give him this letter explaining everything. Albus is my son and should be willing to help. You may see other demigods at the school, but make sure to keep your true identity a secret to anyone besides other demigods. You also can't tell anyone where you are going. Since you are the Ghost King, potions and spells will not affect you. You technically are a half blood wizard, so spells should be easy to you. Also, your father and I will be helping you by sending you messages in your thoughts. Do you understand, young hero. " Hecate stated with a twinkle in her eye.

I nodded slowly, before asking the critical question.

"When will I be leaving?"

"Now." Hecate said and flicked her wrist.

-------------------------------------------------------

Funnily enough for me, I already knew the man I was looking for. Albus Dumbledore, good old Al. I met him a long time ago, and I knew there was something off about him. Of course, a child of Hecate.

I had just landed in the middle of a place that I could not read. Oh schist, what am I going to do about being dyslexic and ADHD? I thought in my head. Surprisingly, I was answered. You must figure that out on your own. I groaned inwardly. Thanks for the help there, Hecate. I looked around, before spotting a building that looked like a giant bank. That is Gringotts. Next to it is Ollivander's and the pet store. I also have blessed you with a lot of knowledge in this world. This is the last time I will help you unless you are in dire need. Alright then, to Gringotts I go.

Turns out, the bank was run by goblins. When I walked inside, silence filled the building, before they were all scrambling to accommodate me.

"My Lord, what shall you need?" A goblin addressed me.

"I am here to access my bank here. This is my key." I held up the shining key and the goblin examined it.

"Right this way, vault 666." The goblin stammered out, before leading me to a cart to go underground.

I laughed at what number the vault was. My father could have a sense of humor when he wanted too.

The ride down was not super long, seeing as the cart was going at a high speed and my vault was not too far down. Once we reached it, the goblin put my key in and the vault opened. I grabbed a bag that was magically extended and grabbed many gold coins, and some silver and bronze once, which I some how knew was galleons, sickles, and knuts. I also grabbed some drachmas, so that I could IM Will. I wonder how he's doing right now. Anyway, we went back up and I thanked the goblin and left.

Next stop: Ollivander's. I walked into the wand shop and was met by a man, who I assumed to be Ollivander.

"Hello there sir, a bit old to be getting your first wand, no?" Ollivander squeaked out.

"Yes, I just found out that I was a wizard. Could you please help me find a wand." I asked cooly.

"Yes, Mr?"

"Di Angelo." I finished for him.

Ollivander let out a squeal and measuring tapes floated around. Finally, he headed into the back room.

"Di Angelo is a powerful name, and a powerful wand must go with it. Also, since you are a demigod, this should help significantly." Ollivander breathed.

"How did you know I was a demigod?" I asked.

"Ah, I am one myself. Son of Hephaestus." He replied. "But enough about us, this is about your wand. 13 inches, Ash wood, hair from Hades himself. Go on, give it a wave." Ollivander gave me the wand.

I smiled, a dark grin, and 'gave it a wave'. Immediately the shadows clung to me and I knew this was the one.

"Thank you, Ollivander. This wand is very fitting for me, seeing as it had my father's hair. How much is it?" I quietly said.

Olllivander looked shocked. "No fee needed, for this wand was yours to begin with."

I felt a bit guilty. I gave him 10 galleons and was on my way to the pet store.

If there was ever one thing that hated me, it would be animals. As soon as I walked into the shop, every animal backed away. Well, all except one. A black owl with grey and white streaks flew up to me. I knew I had to get this one. I named her Zoe. After all, she looked like the night sky.

I paid and left the store, before preparing myself for the journey to 12 Grimmauld Place. I found my darkened corner and got ready.
