A Battle I won't forget

I went out to battle, the sun shining on me I had to cover my eyes so I wouldn't be blinded by the light.

The screams of those who thirst of entertainment could be heard by a mile away. That isn't something to be proud of.

I saw Gunther wearing no armor. It feels like he's trying to mock me.

It isn't going to be an easy fight, but that doesn't mean I won't put up a fight.

I wore my gaunlet. We circled each other in a distance.

Just me and him, we paid no attention to the crowd.

Our eyes met, a strong, firm Brown eye meets my Red ruby eyes.

I checked my sorroundings for environmental advantages but all I saw was sand, I'll try to make use of it.

I looked up to the crowd and saw Hearth, Andre, Nathan and Andrea finally coming to her senses watching.

The stadium was circular like one of those stadiums in Rome except more advanced.

Gunther rushed like a juggernaut, luckily he wasn't fast enough for me not to notice.

I was able to dodge at the side, and the crowd didn't look to happy.

"BOO!!" That's all I heard, they're unsatisfied voices screaming.

I knew i had to make a move.
I walked to him slowly, my sword hitting the sand ready to blind him.

It didn't look like he noticed my plan, Cocky son of a bitch.

He charged at me like a hulk
I almost hesitated.
Don't stop now! I told myself

I ran at him with the blade still on the sand, I switched my blade to it's flat surface.

Once we were close enough,
I strikes my sword upward making a smokescreen of sand.

I knew it wouldn't take long for him to see again.

I stepped a few steps back,
And ran towards him with full power!

I used both my legs to kick him right on the chest, luckily he wasn't wearing armor.

The crowd went wild with the unforeseen attack, even Gunther himself looked impressed.

Gunther fell flat on his back,
I knew I couldn't waste anymore time.

I stood back up as fast as I can and made distance as far as possible.

My back hit the wall, because of circular based field there wasn't much distance to be taken.

I was pressured, I can hear my heart beating. I have to end this quick

Hugh..... Hugh... Hugh... I slowly breathed.

Gunther got back on his feet
He didn't look quite happy

"Now you did it, Little Mouse!" He shouted.

"Ok.... Let's let's just calm down here." I knew that wouldn't be any use as of now, well at least I tried.

He tackled me to the wall
It hurts! My consciousness said.

I was realesed from the breathtaking tackle.

*cough* *cough* I exhaled air as much as I can.

It didn't take long ti'll Gunther's next attack.

He kicked me right on my stomach, It hurts! It hurts so much!
