I remember that night, the one that change my life. There was a quiet little blond, blue eyes to match, and lips red like blood. Her name was Chloe Hail. It was the night of Halloween when I ran into her. She was with a group of people all were guy exccept her. I had approached with intent of getting to know the supposedly leader, brunette hair and blue eyes.
“Hi, my name is Delilah, “I smiled and held out a hand.
The ‘leader’ grabbed his boyfriend’s hand. He was gay. My hand met with a beyond cold being, a small and beautiful girl.
“My name is Chloe, nice to meet you.” She shook my hand vigorously, shaking me to my core. I could feel her eyes browse my body.
I covered my frail waist, “I’m straight, sorry.” I scowled.
“That’s what they all say,” rumbled a muscular blond boy, “You should play for both side until you’ve tried both. I assume you never had girl before.” He sort of smiled, but his sculpted face did little encouragement.
The frail girl took my hand, “Hang with us for a while, I don’t bite.” She smiled.
“Don’t let Chloe lie to you; she’s a biter,” a burly man chuckled,” In every way shape and form.”
Chloe elbowed the burly man and hissed in his ear, at least that’s what I heard.
“So,” she smiled, “What your last name? Mines’ Hail.”
“Doe, lame I sort of know.” I smiled trying to make small talk.
“I think that’s a cute name. Doe Doe,” she repeated, smiling none the less.
Her hands were numbing my anxiety just a good bit, so I tried to stay relaxed.
“So have you ever kissed a girl before?” There was the word again, girl.
I shook my head no, “Never.” I can’t say I never wanted to though, like right now I was focusing on the movement of her lips. I wanted them more than ever.
I’m straight, I’m straight, and I’m straight…
“Cool, can I be your first?” She asked casually.
I swallowed hard, “I’m straight…” I was persistent. My parent would'nt accept my being into girl, I was already a complete failure in their eyes.
“Okay, I’ll wait.” She smiled gently. She stroked my hand with her thumb.
“What made you gay?” I finally asked.
“I’m not gay, I’m bi…bisexual."She smiled.
“There is no different are they?” I was considering kiss her, she was beautiful and sweet. I would never find any guy that respected me enough not to force themselves upon me.
“There is a difference. I still like guys. I just like you more.” She raised and kissed the back of my hand. Her lips were soft and…I wanted her really back now.
I’m straight, I’m straight, and I’m straight. My parents won’t accept me anymore. Her lips will touch mine. I will be happy for the first time in my life. My parents will hate me, disown me, but I’ll be happy.
I put myself out there, “Will you please,” I paused my voice was cracking, “Kiss me?”
She smiled and her eyes lightened, “You act like you have the plague.”
She pressed her lips to mine, softer than any man. It was soft and nice, I was flustered. It couldn’t have lasted a minute, before she releases me. Her eyes were glossy and wide, mine were too. I stared at her, and she stared back at me. We were in a trace together. I wonder what she was thinking.
“Ha, good for you.” Gurgled the burly man, he patted my back strongly almost knocking me over. I broke the trace and looked away.
I just kiss a girl. There was the word again, girl.
I was silent for quite a while.
Girl, kiss, disapproval, girl, wrong, inappropriate, wrong, kiss, girl
The words tumbled over each other over and over, confusing me severely.
