{ Chapter 1: Angels }
Shiro's POV
I stand behind the gates of my new school Deadcross High and look to my right to see my best friend Hyrhean.
"Is this it?" She asked.
"I guess so.." I replied
"You think we'll find species like us here?" She said curiously
"We probably will since there's a whole dorm dedicated to "evil" monsters," I said while gesturing quotation marks at the word evil.
"I guess. But should we let them know that we're one of those "evil" monsters? If we do, we'll get bullied and insulted a lot and we will get more of that once they know that we're the you know...." She said while laughing. She's weird. But at the same time, she's mysterious.
"Why don't we hide it.. I mean it would be funny to see those stupid little angels reactions," I said with a hint of mischief in my voice.
"Yeah, I think we'll have fun while we're in this school, I mean, later on we'll rule this right?" She said, grinning from ear to ear, looking at me.
"Of course we will after all, we're absolute," I said with a sadistic smile.
"Heh, let's go in? We're almost late. An 'angel' wouldn't wanna be late because they care and all," She said, trying to imitate an angel by battering her eyelashes flawlessly and smiling cutely.
"Pft, those goodie two shoes piss me off," I said with a tone of anger in my voice.
"Yeah, and you know what pisses me off more? We have to act like them," This time, she was serious.
"It's inevitable, but would you really want a boring school life being shunned by those low lives, anyways it will be hilarious playing with their hearts don't you think?" I grinned with a mad look in my eyes.
"Of course it would be funny. It will be more funny once they know that we're just acting," She said and then raised an eyebrow while grinning at me.
"It will be and all the things I'll do you can't even imagine my dear cousin.." I giggled evilly making sure I was quiet.
"Be good, Shiro. Very very very good," She giggled too.
"No way I don't wanna be like those losers," I said thinking of the angels.
"Yeah you don't want to but, we have to. We can't disobey the school rules," She said imitating the principal very badly. Her pink eyes became a more lighter-colored pink, which means that she's interested.
"Who cares about the school rules--let's just go to class!" I fake smiled as I saw an angel nearby.
"Shiro-chan, oh no! We're almost late!" She acted and grabbed my hand as we ran in the campus, every species looking at us. She took a glance at me and smirked and continued to run.
Some species blushed at the sight of us being "cute" and at one moment I made eye contact with an angel ew, he blushed at me I 'smiled' and I looked at Hyrhean and grinned at how well our act was going already.
She smiled as she waved at me. I smiled back, acting like an angel. I looked around and saw different species like a fairy, a ghost, an half-alien, an animal shape-shifter, and some other more species.
It was hilarious seeing such inferior beings blush and act all full of themselves in front of me.
We reached our classroom and as I expected, we're not late. All kinds of species were staring at us by that time, We smiled and of course they blushed. Tsk Right there, I knew that they easily fell for our trap.
Our teacher which had an obvious toupee told us to stand in front of the classroom and introduce ourselves, I clicked my tongue in annoyance and went to the front of the class. This will be annoying...
Hyrhean held my arm which made me look at her. She looked at me and gave me her famous weird and scary smile. We were infront with 2 other boys that I assumed were angels.
"I'm Shiro Levine," I smiled sweetly the boys and some girls in the class blushed crazily and I looked towards Hyrhean she looked at me slightly weird.
"Hello, I'm Hyrhean Excalyzia. It's nice to meet you, minna!" She said and smiled sweetly. It's funny how cute she is even though she's weird.
"We're angels, I hope we both get along with you well," I smiled softly and everyone in the class blushed including Hyrhean she hasn't seen me smile for a while these days, how did I smile for real, well it takes a creative mind to think of them all covered in blood hehhehe *clears throat* teehee.
"Oh Shiro~chan, your bow is crooked." Hyrhean said. She went near me and fixed my bow. She simply looked at me for a split second and gave me her famous weird, crazy and evil smile.
I grin back at her and notice some people blushing at our act the teacher snapped out of it and told the boys next to us to introduce themselves.
"Hello, ladies and gentlemen. We're the one and only devpire duo,"
"Bro, cut it out! It's only the first day of class! Don't be the playboy you are!"
"Okay fine! *cough* *cough* Hello, we are the devpire duo. The devpire duo is a group that has a devil and a vampire on it. And that is us as you can see, hehehe. I am.."
