As mentioned in the rules & regulations chapter, anyone who DOES NOT follow ONE OR MORE of the rules and HAVE NOT made the necessary amendments BEFORE the grace period is over, will have his/her name added to this blacklist.
This is more for our personal use, to ensure that we do not accept requests from anyone on this list by accident. This will also serve as a warning to all of you, that if simple rules cannot be followed, there will be heavy consequences.
