BASIC RULES:
(These apply to all readers)
⦾ NO undoing of payments. All payments are PERMANENT.
⦾ We have the right to DENY any request. DO NOT complain if your request has not been accepted. We will provide a reason as to why we made that decision.
⦾ MOST covers will have a WATERMARK (There are some exceptions.) You are NOT ALLOWED to remove them.
⦾ EVERYONE who requests will be required to GIVE CREDITS in either your BOOK DESCRIPTION, ONE OF THE CHAPTERS in your book or in your PROFILE.
⦾ There will be a 72 HOUR GRACE PERIOD to carry out the payment for your respective packages before the consequences are carried out.
⦾ If ONE OR MORE rules HAVE NOT been followed, there will be a 24 HOUR GRACE PERIOD to make the necessary changes before the consequences are carried out.
⦾ There will be a 24 HOUR GRACE PERIOD to make any amendments to your form. After the grace period is over, NO CHANGES can be made. If you do, they will be IGNORED. If you are certain about your form once you have posted it and DO NOT want to make ANY MORE CHANGES, you must indicate that (this will be explained in further detail in the form). But do take note that the LONGER you DELAY the confirmation of your form, the LONGER it will take for you to RECEIVE your cover. If your form HAS NOT been confirmed by you, your cover WILL NOT be added into the list of covers we need to make.
⦾ You are ALLOWED to request for MORE THAN ONE cover. However, EACH COVER has its OWN SET OF PAYMENTS. You must carry out EACH payment for EACH cover.
⦾ If you have requested for a cover from another shop, please DON'T request here.
⦾ Don't like the cover? Ask POLITELY for a change. You can request for a change only ONCE. You can either PM us, EMAIL us, or leave a COMMENT on your DELIVERY CHAPTER to appeal for a change. Your request will be IGNORED if appealed for through OTHER MEANS besides the three aforementioned ones.
⦾ Most of the time, deliveries will consist of MORE than one cover/banner, just for a variety. If you find a particular one to your liking, please leave a COMMENT on that particular cover/banner and WAIT for us to reply before changing the cover of your book. We will monitor this closely.
