Smalls: His parents and yours were high school friends, they introduced you to each other. 

Ham: You met Ham at the carnival.

Timmy: You met him at school, you guys always talk about baseball together. 

Tommy: You met at the Fourth of July party.

Bertram: You got lost when you were new and town, Bertram gave you directions.

Squints: You met at the pool you were a life guard.

Kenny: Before Kenny got into baseball he was on the schools basketball team, you happened to be a cheerleader. 

Phillips: You got beat up by an older kid, Phillips saved you.
