I awoke to find that Danson had already left so I climbed out of the tent and found that Danson, Ed, Brooke, and Lucy were sitting in a circle chattering away with each other. I climbed up and out of the tent then walked over to the circle and sat down. Everybody was talking except for Brooke. I sat down beside her reached over, and shook her hand. "Hi we haven't spoken yet," I said. For some reason she blushed cherry red. "Hi- I -I - don't think -we have- met," she said, she stuttered a lot for some reason, and she blushed  even more for some reason. I realized I was still holding  her hand but when I tried to pull  away she gripped my hand tighter. As she realized what she was doing she pulled her hand away blushing. I kinda chuckled, no way was that ever happening, I hadn't had human contact for 4 years, I wasn't good at that kinda stuff even before the plague. I turned my head away from Brooke and, saw Lucy glaring at her, but Ed got her attention by whispering something in her ear. She laughed so hard she nearly spat out the mouthful of eggs she had been chewing. "Shut up!" Brooke said on the verge of tears. "Oh! Is she going to cry?" Ed said laughing. "Everyone quiet!" Danson yelled. "We need to get moving."
