We said our goodbyes and went looking for Zach

"We should look for ZACH once we get the stuff" Daniel walks with me grabbing the milk while I grab the eggs

"Yeah or else he would be a little bitch crying" I snort and Daniel laughs

"What else do we need? Oh the vegetable oil" I check the list and Daniel nods

"Okay I think it's th- nope it's this one" Daniel starts walking confused and I laugh

"Should we get McDonalds after we leave pleaseeeeee we can drop off Zach home" I smile innocently and Daniel sighs

"Fine" He smiles scrunching up his nose in a cute way

"YAY" I clap my hands and Daniel follows sarcastically

"Vegetable oil. Vegetable oil. Vegetable oil where are y- aHA" I scan my eyes through the aisle and my hands land on a gallon of vegetable oil

"Yay now what's missing?" Daniel questions

"Mm I don't know" My eyes examine the list and my free hand check marks the things we already got

Milk/✅
Vegetable Oil/✅
Bananas/
Vanilla Extract/
Whisk/

"Oh we need bananas, vanilla extract and a whisk. And I swear if you scream everyone likes bananas I will kick your wonka" I smile innocently and Daniels seems a bit scared

"NOT MY WONKA" He cries and I laugh

"Yeah yeah whatever" I shoo him off and went straight to the fruit area

We were walking and see Zach playing with a bunch of toy guns

"What a child" Daniel said as the same time as me and laugh softly

I mean she's pretty and beautiful in every way but... she's my best friend's girlfriend

Fuck what am I going to do

Maybe when my best friend leaves I'll be there comforting her. As a friend sadly

I look at Daniel that's looking at me intensely

His blue eyes beaming, his pink plump bottom lip pouting, his brown hair swiped to the side, his face was resting on his hand making his lips smush toghether leaving the little cute gap between his teeth

"Dannyyyy?" I wave my hand across his face and he snaps out

"Hello?" He looks around confused

"Dumbass" I laughed as I put the bananas in the basket along with the other things

He sighs "Oookay we need a whisk and vanilla extract right?" We start walking

"Yes" I take a turn and find the kitchen tools

"Catch" Daniel throws me a blue whisk and I catch it sucessfully

"Not bad" He smiles and gives a goffy wink

I laugh and roll my eyes playfully

"do NOT throw the vanilla extract" I warn and Daniel already has the vanilla extract in his hands
