It's been 2 weeks since the cops came by the house and I've been paraniod lately... I haven't came out the house ever since... I'm just too scared that I'll go somewhere and separate me from Skylar... she'll be scared of me if she finds out sooner or later
It is currently June 25th, Skylar's birthday, but I can't tell her today
But I have to tell her some other day
"Jack?" Skylar snapped me out
"Oh sorry" I said sitting up
"Why haven't we come out of the house?" She said sweetly sitting next to me
I sighed "I'm scared" I fiddled with my fingers
"Anxiety huh?" She said while carresing my thigh
"Yea" I said while resting my head on her shoulder
"we've been toghether 4 months now" Skylar changed the subject making me smile and happy
"Time flies" I said while interlocking my hand with hers
"I know" she sighed sadly and looked down
"What's wrong?" I lifted her chin up with my index finger
"My mom hasn't called me in four months now. She doesn't give a fuck of what I'm doing or where I am Jack. Ivan and Emilio are the only ones that call me every day. They're basically my guardians"
She said with a husky soft voice
"Dad would've called. But now because of my fucking ass drunk mom he's dead. Thanks to her" her voice cracked and I hugged her tightly
"It's okay Skylar, you're with me. You have Ivan, Emilio, Logan, Ayla, Jonah, Zach, Corbyn, Christina, Ethan, Grayson, Daniel, Jane, and you" I smiled "We will always be there for you, especially me, forever okay?" I said cupping her face in my hands
"Okay" She smiled weakly
"Good because I got you a present" I said and her eyes lit up
"WHAT IS IT?" She said while I stood up
"Don't look" I warned
"Okay" she said nervously and covering her eye
"You know that bull terrier puppy you've always wanted?" I saidas I opened the door with Jonah and the little puppy
"Yeah?" She said with her voice shaking
"Well I kinda got it, but its a breed, your favorite breeds" I said as I took the puppy from Jonah and he started recording
"Oh my god Jack you did not" she said while still covering her eyes and jumping up and down
"Its a boston terrier and bull terrier puppy" I said while removing her hands from her eyes
"Oh my god" She said while taking the puppy
"Happy Birthday Skylar" I said and looking at her in awe
"THANK YOU SO MUCH JACK I LOVE YOU SO MUCH YOU HAVE NO IDEA" She said in tears
"I love you more" I kissed her forehead and my thumb wiping away her happy tears
"What's her or his name?" She said looking at the little puppy
"She" Jonah added
"I don't know princess you decide" I said while petting the puppy
"Moana" She smiled
"Cute" Daniel walked in with the crew with a guitar
"Oh god Jack" she said smiling widely
