My Brother's Best Friend

Sorry I haven't updated ! I'm writing this on an airplane so, it's probably not the best chapter ;p well either ways I hope you guys enjoy reading it! ;)

Grace POV

The night went great! We ate and talked a lot ! I think my feelings for him are growing! We are on our way back listening to music. The car had comfortable awkwardness. I decided to break the awkward silence.

"Thank you for tonight... It was beautiful."

"I'm glad you liked it."

"I didn't like it actually..." He looked shocked at my comment.

"What!!?"

"I loved it!" His face changed from shocked to proud. I actually really like this guy.

We pulled up into my driveway.

"Do you want me to walk you inside?" What a gentleman. I would but my brothers are here.

"No, it's okay. But thanks."

"Okay." He grabbed me by my waist and squeezed me. Our bodies. Touching. So close. I hugged him back and we were hugging for what seemed like forever.

"So, us. What are we?" I was curious. Being Nathaniel's girlfriend would be different.

"Well.. Do you Grace Versadel accept to be my beautiful loving girlfriend?" I blushed at the thought of him calling me beautiful.

"Of course!" I squealed and ran for a hug.

"Well, goodnight and dream of me Grace. I know I will." He winked. I laughed at his weird humor.

I stepped inside and found Jordan and Daniel holding bats.

"We're have you been Grace!?" Daniel seemed pissed.

"I was with Alice. I told you!" Jordan was concerned and gave me a weird nudge.

"So, Alice changed into a guy?" Jordan had to ruin it.

"Okay yes. I'm with someone but it's my life! Stop being so protective over me. I'm old enough to look after myself poops!" Poop was my nick name for them both.

"Oh Grace..." They both walked off. I felt weird with that last comment.

"Okay?" I ran up into my room and shut my door. I grabbed a towel and turned on the water. I grabbed a razor and a hair brush. I liked brushing my hair after it was curled just to make it untangled. I stepped into the warm steaming water. The water dripped all over my body. I grabbed my razor and shaved my legs smoothly.

'Fuck' I mumbled. Dont you hate cutting your leg accidentally? I grabbed my coconut shampoo and applied it to my hair.

I stepped out of the shower and reached for my towel. I looked at myself in the mirror. I had making rubbing everywhere. I got my makeup remover wipe and rubbed it all over my face. I grabbed my black Adidas soccer pants and a white spaghetti shirt. I grabbed some panties and a black bra. I brushed my hair getting all the tangles out. I slipped on all my clothes and headed towards my bed. I checked my phone and found 2 unread messages. One being from Alice and one from Nathaniel.

Alice: OMG!! How was your date? Mine was greaaaat! <3

Nathaniel: goodnight beautiful :) <3

I wasn't going to answer back though. I was way too tired. I belly flopped onto my bed and fell into a deep sleep.

I woke up this morning very lazy. I didn't want to get up. But of course, my bothers friends were over. I stepped down the stairs and went to the guest bathroom. I put my hair up in a bun and brushed my teeth. I walked into the kitchen finding 6 boys this time. James, Jordan, Daniel, the new guy, Xavier, and one who had their back towards my face. I didn't know who it was. I grabbed a glass from the counter and filled it up with milk. I started taking sips out of the cup and turned towards the guys. There I saw Nathaniel. I spit the milk out in shock. I dropped my glass and ran into my room. What the hell. He was one of my brothers best friends???
