First, you want to scrape off as much slime as you can.

Second, pour hot water over it. You may want to let it sit for awhile. I let mine sit for about a minute.
Then, grab a wet wash cloth and rub it over the spot. Make sure the wash cloth has soap on it. Then rub it over the surface.
Afterwards it should be all clean!

Repeat as many times as necessary. This only took less than 10 minutes for me. I also used this trick on a blanket that has fur on it and it worked perfectly.
