Chapter 6

Yeonhwa POV

Fast forward to the day of the camp...

"Ring!" my alarm clock rang. I yawned and stretched my arms, today was the day of the camp, and I am so looking forward to it. I had already packed all my things that I need for this 3 day-2 night camp in a backpack. Well, I didn't really pack a lot of things, all I needed was 3 t-shirts, 3 pairs of shorts, 2 pairs of undergarments, my tooth brush and my toothpaste. I bet all the other girls would bring luggages 😑. I quickly got out of bed and did my morning routine before heading off to school.

After 15 minutes of the bus ride, I finally reached school. I remembered that we were supposed to gather at the courtyard. The moment I entered the courtyard, I felt several pairs of eyes at me. And as I expected, all the girls brought luggages. "OMG, is she serious? She only brought a small backpack?" "What can she even put in there?" " Did she even bring anything?" several whisperings could be heard. I just ignored them and stand at my current spot, using my phone coz basically, I have nothing else to do other than that. Soon, everybody else continued doing their own things.

"Hey, partner! Excited for the camp?" ARGH, WHY DID HE HAVE TO SUDDENLY INTERRUPT MY GAME?!  I turned around and glared at that Park chimchim, "Honestly, nope, coz the moment I remember that you will be my partner, I just dread this whole camp!" I snapped. Jimin pouted, which was kind of cute, I admit...OMFG, WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU THINKING YEONHWA?! I immediately blushed at the sight of his pout.

"Aw, look at you, your face's so red! I know I'm very cute, but don't make it too obvious, Jungkook's looking at you, " Jimin teased. Jungkook?  I turned around and saw Jungkook looking at me, once I caught his eye, he quickly looked away and glared at Jimin. What's his problem? Aren't they best friends? I just hope that these three days will past smoothly and the both of them won't cause me any trouble.

"Students, we will board the bus and head for the campsite now. Everybody is expected to sit next to your partners in the bus!" The head instructor, Mr Jung, ordered. I rolled my eyes in annoyance. Why does we even have to sit with our partners? All of us are 18 years old for god's sake, it's not like we're going to get lost or anything. "Ooh, seems like I'm going to have to sit with you on the bus too, babe, " Jimin wiggled his eyebrows. I cringed not only at the sight of this, but also him calling me babe. "Dun babe me, I'm not your girlfriend, nor will I ever be," I snapped. "Chill, cupcake, I will make sure that you will fall for me after these three days," he smirked. ARGH, THAT SMIRK! It just annoys me. "Don't be so confident, I will NEVER EVER fall for you, Park Jimin-ssi!" I retorted.

Jimin's POV

"Don't be so confident, I will NEVER EVER fall for you, Park Jimin-ssi!" she retorted. Ouch, that kind of hurt my feelings. "Oh well, let's see at the end of this camp," I smiled. Don't worry, Yeonhwa, you will fall for me.

Finally, we boarded the school bus and Yeonhwa insisted on sitting at the seat beside the window, I usually prefers that too, but being the gentleman I am, I gave in. The moment the driver started driving, Yeonhwa took out her earphones and plugged them into her ears. I immediately plugged out one of them, earning a glare from her. "Hey, what was that for?" "Can we do something more interesting? I would be bored if you're just going to listen to your songs,"I purposely pouted. Her face flushed a deep shade of red. I knew that she just couldn't resist my cuteness! "Omo, are you blushing right now?" I teased Yeonhwa, poking her cheeks?" Her eyes widened and she denied,"W-who said I was b-blushing, and don't t-touch my c-cheeks!" She slapped my finger away.

Aw, she's so cute when she's flustered. "Okay, let's just do something fun!" I continued. She just groaned and gave in. "Like what?"she said while keeping her earphones. "Hmm, since we're going to be partners for the next three days, we might as well take this chance to know each other better, let's just play '20 questions' " I suggested(for those who don't know what's '20 questions, it's basically a game that two people ask each other 20 questions). Yeonhwa agreed after hesitating, but she insisted on starting first.

"Question 1: Why do you always get close to me?" she asked, anticipating my answer. I gulped. Why must she start the game by asking this question? "Erm..., because I find you very attractive...?" I just said the first thing that was on my mind. But the truth is, I get close to Yeonhwa because I like her and I hope that she'll fall for me, but I don't think she has yet. I saw Yeonhwa cringed at my reply, but she let me continue the game anyways.

"Why do you always keep a distance away from me?" This time, it was her turn to gulp. "I-I...because y-you're always toying with other g-girls' heart and I-I'm scared that I will fall for you and you'll play with my f-feelings too," she whispered, looking down at her feet, afraid to see my reaction. I guess she's scared of me. I do feel a little hurt by her answer, but I just tried to hide my feelings by forcing a smile,"It's okay, I won't hurt you and erm..., let's just continue this game next time, I didn't expect that it would turn out this way..." "Oh, okay, maybe you're right," Yeonhwa cut me off, "You wanna listen to some of my music?"she offered with a smile.

Oh, my heart... I swear it's beating like mad. "Ahem, ahem," I pretended to clear my throat and prevented myself from blushing,"sure, why not?"
I took her earphones and placed it in my right ear hole, while Yeonhwa placed the other one in her left. And for the rest of the 30-minute journey, we continued this action.

Jungkook's POV

ARGH, WHAT IS JIMIN-HYUNG DOING WITH YEONHWA? WHY ARE THEY BEING SO CHEESY AND CLOSE? I felt a pang of jealousy as I saw Jimin-hyung and Yeonhwa listening to music together. "Jungkook-oppa, what are you thinking of?" I heard a disgusting voice calling me and I cringed as a result. I turned my head only to see Minah batting her eyelashes at me, looking at me seductively. Just looking at her ugly face makes me want to puke. "Don't 'oppa' me, since when am I your oppa? And it's none of your business of what I am thinking of!" I snapped at her. She pretended to look sad but I just ignored her. Argh, there is Jimin-hyung, flirting with my love, Yeonhwa, and here I am, stuck with this stupid b****. I just know that this is going to be such a long day.

Hey, guys! I finally updated! Gosh, I managed to write a chapter with 1000+ words at last. Sorry that I didn't include a lot of Jungkook's POV here, I just wanted to let you guys read what happened between Yeonhwa and Jimin on the bus ride. I think imma make this a love triangle (XD).
