God's Given Talent

Exodus 25:39

A talent of pure gold is to used for the lamp stand and all these accessories.

This topic is one of few that touches on talent, something that is worth being thankful for. Like my pastor preached about the topic of talent a few days back, I also saw the need to add a bit on this topic. He had preached a different bible verse but touch on using our God given talent to glorify God which is in heaven and the consequences we may face when we are blessed with such talents from God and not use it to do God's work and glorify him in heaven. Honestly that really touch me like never before because in knowing to myself that part of me was not really using that God given talent to glorify my Father's work. 

There many things that may cause us as christian' s not to be fruitful in utilizing those gifts of talent. For some, time may be an issue, the lack of commitments or simply just being to busy to give the Lord a few minutes of our time each day of our lives that he has spared for us.

Talent is something that you are instinctively born with that gives you an unique skills and abilities but the bible tells us that we were all born with distinct talents and gifts that sets us apart from each other. It is expected of us when we discover our talents that God has given to us that we use them to glorify his name and through that calling we will experience a full life. The more you use our God given talents the more we are blessed with other talents and through additional talents that we can find our unique calling through life.

Through this chosen verse and many other bible verses pertaining to talents we can encourage yourself and others who are seeking God's plan for their life. This is one of my many talents that God have blessed me with and I intend to utilized it more in strength to assist others in glorifying God through my words and inspiration and I write this book. 

We need not only do what is right with such blessed gifts but do unto the Lord what he has call us to do. May my given talent be of may blessings to you as I serve our Lord.

Prayer

Dear Lord, we thank you for our gifts of talents and through you Lord help us to realize our talents and utilize them to glorify your works and your name. Help us to help others and to continue to do all that is right for you Lord by using our talents you have blessed us with. For we are ever grateful, thankful and blessed.
