John 12 Vs 48

He that rejects Me, and receives not My words that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.

This verse that was mentioned is one that should not be taken lightly. To get a good understanding of the whole reason I advise that you read from verses 45-50 of John 12. i have being to church one Sunday morning and this was one day I will not forget. It was October 8th 2017 a day after my daughters tenth birthday to be exact. It was also a very ruff week for me leading up to that Sunday but being the Christian that I was I thank God that I made it to church that said Sunday. These verses where a few that the pastor touched on especially verse 48 which was a vision for me.

I somewhat dosed off while pastor preached on these verses but became focused instantly after he read out verse 48 which was mention above. I could not help but to open up and to tune right back in. This verse  spoke to me and had became a wake up call. You see as followers of Christ you are not only to be hearers of the word but doers of it and if you hear of the word and reject God and not receive his word, he warns that the words He have spoken of that the same shall judge us in the last day. We should be more vigilant of our actions even if we are Christians or not. Weather we are at church worshiping or alone in prayer.

You see we even as Christians have to give an account for our actions and must lead by example not only to hear of his word but to put into action as we hear, read and speak of His word. The Bible is our weapon and its words are powerful belonging to the Lord. If you are reading this you are now on your way of knowing what is expected of you as a follower of Christ.

I THANK GOD I NOW KNOW How really serious this is..... so I shall continue to my best to do what is right unto the Lord. I pray that you do too.
