This was quite a diferente style of Jason Voorhees fanfics. Because the most of Jason Voorhees fanfics that I read (and they are many) it always has a reader (or an OC) that has abusive parents or is bullied in school. I'm not saying that is bad write story like that, it's just...It kinda gets lame reading always the same thing. But I love reading slasher romance fanfics.
I got this idea of writing Beauty and the Killer when I started to be into Slasher Fanfics (more specifically Jason Vorhees fanfics) and I always found the relationship of the slasher and the reader/OC very similar to Beauty and the Beast. And, then, I watched Beauty and the Beast (2017) on the cinema and I tought : "It really is silimar..." First I tought making a Michael Myers or Freddy Krueger fanfic with the same story as Beauty and the Beast, but then I remembered Jason. Jason and Freddy Krueger are my favourite horror movies characters, but I always tought that Jason was sweeter than the other slashers, because he doesn't kill children and he doesn't kill animals. And I tought on his relationship with his mother, which was very similar to Belle's relashionship with her father. Both were mocked very much just because they were "different" Belle for like reading and Jason for being deformed.
Also, I tought that, as Belle could change Beast for better, the reader could change Jason for better. Trying to stop him for killing people and the revenge path. And to give him back his humanity. And also see behind that "ugly" appearance.
This was an adventure and I just loved to write this fanfic!!! It might be a sequel...I don't know...Tell me if you want a sequel with their children (or not).
