Hidden Power

New Beginning

{Morning 7:00 am}
"Y/n!,wake up!" You heard your Sensei's morning call and fluttered your eyes open. You parted the curtains letting the morning sunshine spill into you room. You walk downstairs and grab your toothbrush, toothpaste and towel.

[Y/n's POV]
I was walking outside towards the river beside my hut, I knelt down and started brushing my teeth and washing myself off.

I felt the warm sunshine on my back as I scrub my body,My H/c hair glistened in the morning sunshine, I put on my martial arts uniform that Sensei kai made me. Sensei was making me breakfast and after he was done he took a handful of rice and a pair of chopsticks,"Y/n from today your training will get significantly harder, I've heard rumours about the monsters that I was talking about, and at the looks of it I don't think you have a slight chance of beating one, so from today I'll increase your difficulty in training, this is a new journey l, a new beginning"
I look at Sensei and bow down and say "Osu!" Which is how I was taught to respect a martial artist by Sensei. Sensei leapt to the top of the hut,"Y/n! Catch!" Sensei shouted whilst throwing me a pair of chopsticks, he threw a grain of rice at me, I quickly leapt into the air and tried to catch it. But I wasn't fast enough it was obvious that out in the wild with a barrier around to protect me was making me soft. I was determined to increase my ability as Sensei told me as a child (flash back) "Y/n life is all about becoming the better version of yourself, the best possible way to do that is to train, work hard my dear child, limits are not meant to be stopped at, they're meant to be broken." As this echoed through my head, I felt a surge of power inside me...
[Narrator]
Y/n and Sensei kai were training for a full 17 hours, there was drastic improvements in Y/n's reaction to grasp the grains of rice with the chopsticks.

[Time skip: Next Morning]

Y/n put a pot near his side and shouted out to Sensei Kai "Sensei throw a handful as fast as you can!" Sensei nodded and closed his eyes, he gripped his handful of rice and heavily exhaled, a shine appeared inside his fist and he swung the grains of rice at Y/n, they came out of Sensei Kai's hands like bullets leaving a trail of light behind each grain of rice. Y/n took his stance and closed his eyes. There were short bursts of wind coming from Y/n, there were sounds that sounded like a blade being waved in the air. Y/n opened his eyes and there was not one grain in sight. They were all in the pot beside Y/n.

[Y/n's POV]
"Yes!, Finally I have exceeded past my limitations greatly!"
I turned over and looked at Sensei, he seemed like he wasn't impressed at all. Then Sensei said "Good, you have exceeded past the limitations of any normal human's speed, but however those monsters are not of this world, and so are their strength. Y/n your abilities have to be at an insane and inhumane height, this training you have done just now is only just a tiny fraction of the painstaking training you'll do". I nodded and firmly exclaimed "Osu!" I was ready for Sensei to train me. Although Sensei has trained me harshly ever since I was a newborn baby this training was at a whole other level.
