Dallon has OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) in this story. I am not trying to glorify nor romanticize this condition in this story, it only acts as an obstacle he has to deal with. I've had moderate OCD ever since I was nine, and I was officially diagnosed this year. It's extremely hard to deal with at times, and this story is a way of sharing my personal experiences as well as increasing awareness for mental health.

- ableist slurs?? I don't know how to categorize the way Dallon's family mocks him for his compulsive habits, but this is the most closely related one I can come up with.
