"I'm sorry, guys, but I know what I have to do," said Barry Allen.
"No," said his foster dad, Joe. "Barr, just because Oliver's gone somewhere doesn't mean the breach should be reopened. Remember Zoom?"
"Yeah," Killer Frost agreed. "It's not like he tried to kidnap me."
"Plus Oliver will be back before you know it," added Cisco.
"Star City is falling apart. They need the Green Arrow. I may be fast, but I can't save two cities at once," Barry finalized. "Don't try to talk me out of it."
"Barr," said Iris. "You're risking everyone's safety. Are you saying you'll do it anyway?"
"Look, Iris, I know how it sounds, but the city, Oliver's city, is under siege by Slade Wilson, and if you didn't know, he's killed countless people," Barry replied. "I have to."
Silence. No one really knew what to say considering Central City would be open to attack for who knew how long. Barry finally spoke up and said, "I'm sorry but I have to go."
As he went, he heard Iris's disappointed voice say, "It's Flashpoint all over again."
Still he went.
