"Felicity, call the team together," said Oliver Queen. "We have something important to discuss."
"Right," replied Felicity. "Don't do it. The city needs you out there."
"Just... call the team together," Oliver reprimanded.
"They won't like it," muttered Felicity to herself.

"Guys," said Oliver to his team. "As some of you may know, I am a father. I'm going to be taking some time to be one. If you have any problems, talk to John. He's your leader while I'm gone.""No, no, no." Curtis chuckled. "You're not going anywhere without our approval."
"Remember what happened last time you didn't approve?" asked Oliver.
"Yeah," Rene said. "But I thought we were past you kicking our asses."
"He is," Evelyn chimed in. "He's just trying to scare us."
"In that case, Ollie, you're not going," stated Thea. "I tried to quit the team and you tried to get me back. I owe you the same thing."
"This is different, Thea."
"How? You want to save the city then you go off because Slade is back?"
"Slade is not back, Thea. I made sure of that."
"You can't deny it forever, Ollie."
"You know what?" said Oliver finally. "I am going and no one can stop me."
So he went.
