ANNABETH

I groaned.

My head was killing me, and my stomach was churning. I let out a sigh and tried to sit up. But I was stuck. I opened my eyes and looked down.... I was taped to a freaking bed! Why the Hades was I taped to a bed?! I looked up and saw that I was in Percy's room. I started to get worried.

Why was I taped to Percy's bed?! Why couldn't I remember anything from the night before? Did we do anything? My forehead started to lightly sweat.

"Percy!" I yelled. "Percy are you there?"

In two seconds, Percy was at the doorway. He smile faintly when he saw me.

"Why am I taped to your bed?" I asked calmly.

"Because you wouldn't stay in bed," he said.

"And uh, what exactly were we doing last night that required you to tape me to your bed?"

Percy blushed. Without speaking, he removed the tape and helped me stand up. "Look, I promise that I'll explain everything later, just... Go clean up."

He pulled me into a hug. My stomach churned.

I moaned. "Percy let me go before I puke all over you."

Percy let me go so I could walk out of the room.

"I put some nectar and ambrosia in the bathroom for you," Percy said as I closed the door. As soon as I locked it, I felt my stomach churn, and I vomited in the toilet.

After a few minutes, it felt like my body was empty, like I had puked up every single thing that was in my body. I weakly stood up and turned on the tap. Cold water came pouring out. I cupped my hands and filled them with water. I took the water in my mouth and swirled it around for a couple seconds, then spat it out. I repeated this several times. But the horrible taste was still in my mouth. I noticed a large teacup filled with golden liquid on the counter. I picked it up and took a little sip- warmth filled my mouth.

Nectar.

I smiled and drank more until I felt better. I didn't even need the ambrosia. But the taste of vomit did not go anywhere. But, to my relief, there was a small packet of gum beside the ambrosia square. There was a small note on top of it. I picked it up and read it.

Thought that you might need this.

Love you,

Seaweed Brain.

I smiled as I chewed on a piece of minty gum. I looked up at my reflection.

Let's just say, if I looked like that all the time, Percy probably wouldn't come near me.

I sighed and splashed cold water on my face to wake me up. The water felt nice on my skin. I tried my face with a towel that smelled like Percy. When I looked back up, I started to pull my hair into a ponytail...When I saw it. A small, purple-ish circle on the side of my neck. I was furious. I took a deep breath, slowly turned, unlocked and opened the door, then at the top of my lungs, I screamed, "PERCY JACKSON! GET UP HERE RIGHT NOW!"

Percy was standing in front of me in just a few seconds. "What? What's wrong?" He asked worryingly.

I calmly raised my hand and pointed to the mark on my neck. "What is this?"

Percy's mouth dropped open. "I... I... I didn't do that."

"Then who did?" I asked, crossing my arms.

Percy thought for a moment, then sighed. "Matt," he said.

I raised my eyebrow. "Matt? Matt Sloan?" I asked. "Why would he give me a hickey?"
