The Reveal

"…sans…? SANS!? SANS! WAKE UP!" Sans shot up at Papyrus' screaming. 

"Papyrus…?" Sans said, his voice was a mix of worried and sad emotions. 

"SANS? WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU?" Papyrus said in a "Calm" tone. "YOU RAN PAST ME LAST NIGHT TRYING TO HIDE  SOMETHING FROM ME… ARE YOU OKAY?" Sans looked at this brother with a concerned look.

"N-no…I'm not okay…" Sans said sadly. "This dumb G-…Sickness is making me go insane…" 

"CAN I HELP YOU WITH THIS…?" Sans looked at his brother with tears in his eye sockets. 

"You…You can't help me…" Sans said hugging his knees. "Nobody can help me…" He started to cry silently to himself. Papyrus rubed Sans' back trying to comfort him, holding back tears himself. Papyrus hated seeing his brother like this, but he couldn't do anything.

Sans had to stop there with a large line going through the page. He didn't notice it was happening again until it was too late to run. He grabed a pillow out of his balled-up sheets and screamed into it. He didn't want to alert Papyrus, but it was too late. 

"SANS!! WHAT'S WRONG!!?" Papyrus yelled and bursted through the door. Sans was shaking still holding onto the pillow drenched in sweat. Papyrus ran over to his brother. 

"S-SANS, HOLD ON I'M HERE!" Papyrus said and grabed onto Sans' wrists. Sans screamed more. 

"P-pa-papyrus!" He yelled out too his brother as his vertabra started to break again. "R-ru-run!" 

"SANS NO! I'M NOT LEAVING YO-" Papyrus started and fell backwards.

Sans looked at his brother, who was rubbing his left cheek-bone. Sans looked at his right hand. 

There was blood on three fingertips. 

Sans felt hot tears stream down his face and looked back at Papyrus. Papyrus stood up and uncovered his bloody cheek. 

"I-IT'S OKAY SANS. I-IT'S JUST A SCRATCH. I-I'M OKAY!" Papyrus tried to reasure his brother. 

"I-I hurt you…" Sans said forgetting about the pain his his body. 

"NO SANS YOU DIDN'T." 

"Yes I did!!" Sans screamed and ran out of his room into Papyrus' and hid in his closet crying. 

I hurt him… Was Sans' only thoughts through out the rest of the night. 

But he left his journal sitting out.
