Chapter 10

Any's POV

As I stand in the Hospital hall way with puffy red eyes, I'm trying to calm down. My hands over my head and back slouch against the wall praying,'Please Ashley be alright.' I hear footsteps and looked up seeing it was Jake.

"He wants to see you Andy."

'HE'S AWAKE!!GOD HE IS AWAKE!!' dancing in my thought.

"Alright" a smile curled alittle by my mouth.

Once I've gotten up dried my tears and walked to Ashley's room hear the Nurse saying what happened to him.I didn;t hear all of it but the end.

"We also found of injuries from head-to-toe" said the nurse.

Everyone frozed just as he did.

Ashley POV

I looked down in shame. The bruises from Rose when I was younger up till now are finally out, but would everyone hate for it or even Andy? Tears began to enroll into my eyes. Tina and April hugged onto Ashley. 

"She has gone to far" Tina cried in anger.

The guys were more afraid of Tina's reaction than confused of what she said. 

"What do you mean 'she has gone to far?'" asked Jinxx.

April trying to find a way toexplain but stared at Ashley for approval. He looked up at April and nodded.She sighed and began to explain.

"Ashley's foster mother,Rose, is very abusive and always takes it out on Ashley. The wrost was when she was, she begans to cry alittle"she was drunk and Me and Tina secretly came over since Ashley texted us he said he didn't want to be alone. So *sniffles* we came over his house and snuck in his window. Then we heard foot steps toward the room. Ashley whispered to us 'hide in the closet she won't find you in there.' We listened to Ashley then we watched what was happening. Rose was screaming, kicking, puching, and throwing him like a worthless doll." April couldn't hold back anymore she cried harder and harder.

The guys were in tears as well.

I hugged Ashley very tightly as well he was crying. "You don't derive this Ash, your beautiful and shouldn't take this shit from her" I said in his ears.

Jinxx, Jake, and C.C joined in the hug to imbrace Ashley.

The nurse coughed.

"I'm sorry to cut in but Mr.Purdy I have to report this as child abuse and you have to move somewhere else to keep you safe, do you have anyone in mind?" she asked.

Ashley's POV

After hearing what the nurse said I really didn't have a place to go. Tina and Ashley really live far away. I don't even know about the band either. "I really do--," cut off by Andy,"He can stay with me."

My eyes widen and the nurse smiled. "Alright, thank you I'll be back in a few minutes." Then she left the room.

"T-thank you Andy" I said. God i sound like a virgin girl...scratch that, that line has been used. "Not a problem, I don't want you to hurt anymore than you already are." he kissed my forehead. 'Shall I pass out again?' In my thoughts.

"That's pretty fucked up what your foster mother did to you.If she didn't like you like a mother should then why adopt?" asked C.C. My head turned to C.C. "I've asked myself that alot but never knew the answer to it." Tina let got of Ashley and sat in a chair by the door letting out a big sigh and wiping her tears."You okay Tina?" ask Jake. she nodded. "I should've done done something,I-I-I should've protected you from her." she in a sad voice. I shifted out of my hospital bed and walked toward Tina. "I wanted to protect you and April from even though I already knew what was coming." All Tina could to is hug me and thank me for what I did and that I didn't deserve this bullshit. Thats the Tina I know.

The nursed walked in again.

" Mr.Beirsack please sign these forms.After you sign these forms Ashley is legally staying with you, and free to go home."

I did was smile.
