Chapter 12

Andy's POV

"R-Rose" Ashley voice croacked. Everyone tensed up and Andy looked like the termantor on a day. "W-what are you doing here?" Tina and April stood guard in front of Ashley. Rose walked in and started to speak. "Is that a way to greet, your mother?" in a calm voice. I looked at Ashley and he seemed pissed. C.C, Jake and Jinxx were ready to back everyone up i things would get out of hand. Which will, who knows. "You have no right to be here!" I spatted at Rose. Rose had a smugged look across her face.

"Last time I checked its a free country and I could do whatever the hell I want to do and includes seeing my own son."

Ashley snapped.

"I'm not your son!!! And you will never be my mother!!! Never!! Not in a fucking million years!! You wa--" cut off by a body slam from Rose that no one saw. She was pretty quick. "What a waste your the reason why your father and mother aren't here. All your fault , and you only. " she scoffed,"I mean how could they raise a faggot low-life and waste of space for a son like you? I know I wouldn't." I pushed Rose away hard. I know I don't touch women but this was an emergency. "That's enough out of you!!" Ashley was trying to get up from the floor, but Tina and April helped him up.

"How could you do such a thing to Ashley?!"

Now lets play the 'Dumb Game.'

"Like what I'm his parent and I'll do whatever I please. And you filthy rodent don't you ever touch!"

"We heard the talking when Ashley was unconscious you wanted to put Ashley down!" shouted C.C

Ashley shot his head up and was confused and shocked. "Wha-what?" He was trying hard to hold back his tears but one slid down his cheek.

"He wasn't responding so if he didn't respond I told them to put Ashley down. And now that Ashley is now alive we are going home." Andy eyes grew wide and stood in front of Ashley."Hell to the fuckin' NO!! He's not living with a wicked bitch like you!!" I shouted. Without hesitation punched Andy in the chest as hard as she can causing him to fall to the ground and  She grabbed Ashley by his hair and started to drag him to the door with Ashley screaming. Jinxx and Jake graruded the door and pulling Rose away from Ashley.Tina and Jake were Rose pinning her legs. Jinxx and C.C trying to loosen the grip from Rose's hands from Ashley's hair with him yelping. Andy got up from the gound and helped out 'That bitch packed a mean ass punch."' in my thought.

Ashley's POV

After 5 minutes of swearing, and kicking we finally got Rose's hand away from me.Andy ran to me who is whimpering in pain. "You okay babe?" Andy said cupping my cheek. He responded with a nod. I turn my eyes where the rest the gang was pinning down Rose. "Ashley this is no way to treat your mother!! Tell your so called buddies to let their crummy hands off me."

"No."

"W-What did you just say you peice of shit?!"

"I said no! And your not my mother!! I'm not living with you any more!!"

She laughed like a manic. "You have no place to go!Your only 15! I'm the only person who you can stay with."

"Nope, cuz' I'm staing with Andy." I said putting my hand around his waist.

"Oh really?"

Andy wrapped his arms around my side. "Of course he is! We signed the papers!"

Rose had a evil smile on her face."Papers won't do anything! It won't do you any good."

C.C shouted, "Well why the fuck not?!"

Everyone wanted to hear this answer."Because It will take days....weeks...months...maybe even years to make the paper to pass through." Everyone looked at each other. "T-That would m-mean.." April studdered in fear. Rose nodded. "Ashley Abrocket Faggot Purdy still legally live with me." Jinxx's eyes started to water. Who could blame him so did everyone else except Rose. "If you would excuse me I'll be taking Ashley." Rose pushed everyone away from her and got up. "I'll be waiting in the car. Go ahead and say your goodbyes or else I might change my mind." Then she left. I cried on Andy's shoulder holding him closely. "I-I'm sorry!! I don't wanna l-leave!!" I yelled. Everyone hugged Ashley. "Don't worry Ash we'll think of something."

"Give me your phone." said Jake in tears.

I handed him my phone and he had put his number in his phone. Everyone one else put their phone number in my phone. "When ever your in trouble you can always talk to us." said Jinxx handing my phone back. I look back at Andy. "I'm going to miss you." And held his head his eyes were puffy. "Me too." Andy connected his soft warming lips against mine once more before I leave with the wicked wich of the west. "I'll miss you guys." waving goodbye weakly.

To the car...

After saying my goodbyes to my friends and boyfriend. I was in the car with all my stuff already in the here. Rose must've went by the Summer Pent House. On our way to the air port it was very quiet....too quiet. That only meant only one thing I'm in for the worst punishment of punishments. School started soon and hardly got to do anything. Also need new school clothes and some more eyeliner.

~Time-Lapse: Home~

Hell sweet hell how ever I don't miss you at all in the name of Lucifer. I walked in my room with my luggage. My room looked the exacly the same since I left. I started unpacked until Rose walked in.

"What do you want?" in a harsh voice not looking at her. Rose had a large metal chain which seem like 20lbs in her hand and wrapped it around my neck. I gagged and grabbing the chain but she dragged me down the basement.My tailbone and lower back hurted like hell since we had to take the stairs. Once we got deep in the baseent there was a pole and two dog bowls with his name on it. "Let m-me g-g-go!!" Nearly red as a tomato. Rose let go and chained and strapped it on the pole and my neck. "I'll show you what happens if you disobey me, fagmutt."

My eyes widen as I watched her grab as large whip. I backed away. "N-no p-p-please don't!!"

Blood seeped down my back and chest. I winced in pain and cried hard. Rose looked at Ashley with no pity."Hmph." and walked up the stairs closing the basement. "A...Andy..Tina....April...C.C....Jinxx....Jake...help me." in a weak voice passing out on the cold floor.
