"Out and about huh?"

Hello everyone, sorry for the delay in updates, I've been busy with work. But now, I have time to sit down tonight and write. Now without delay, I hope you guys enjoy chapter 3.

(Y/N) POV

Things with Blake were going great. We saw each other in the shadows at night, when everyone was peaceful at rest. I began settling into the system of seeing her at night and doing my.. Feeding.. at day. I find people however who deserve what I do or people who don't have a better life than the one after I take their soul.

But then things changed.. Blake started wanting to see me during the day and I think she somehow forgot that I need to feed. However I like it this way, it makes it feel like she looks at me not as demon but as human.. But today, a big problem came to light..

"I got you a joint housement!!!" Blake cheered with a formal piece of paper in her hand. The words froze me.. It meant that I would live in Blake's dorm with her.. This scared me for more than one reason..

First off, I would have to sneak out to feed. Second, I know of Ruby, Yang, and Weiss and they know of me.. But I've only ever seen them asleep when I sneak in to see Blake.. I have no idea how they'll be around me when awake.. My head was aswarm with problems and it couldn't produce solutions.

I hadn't even noticed Blake grabbing my hand and dragging me down the sidewalk towards beacon. Before I knew it, we were climbing the stares and entering the hallways.. "Come on (Y/n)! I'm excited for you to see the others!" Blake exclaimed as she opened the door.

The rest of Blake's team stood in front of the door, waiting for me. They all gave me different looks. Weiss seemed to judge my posture, Yang looked at my nervousness, and Ruby looked towards my smile. The all looked at each other and nodded. Then Weiss stepped forward and said "It's a pleasure to finally meet you, (Y/n)."

Blake's POV

The others seemed to approve of (Y/n) which was such a substantial relief to me and fo him I'm sure because he seemed oddly nervous before coming here. I got giddy as they approved of him and wrapped my arms around his neck from behind. "See? I told you they would like you." I said to him and he gave me that smile that I could stare at for days..

Soon hours started passing as (Y/n) got settled in and we sat on the bed together. Weiss was studying while Ruby and Yang wrestled and we were watching shows on our scroll. Although he was relaxing physically, he still seemed to be thinking about something..

"What's on your mind?" I asked him while looking up to him. "Oh nothing kitten." He said with a smile that induced a smile of my own. Finally night came and everyone else fell asleep. I cuddled close to him and closed my eyes, welcoming deep sleep.

(Y/N) POV

I wrapped my arms around Blake and waited until her breathing was steady and heartbeat lowered.. She was asleep and now is my opportunity. I slid out of her arms and on the cold floor.. I slid the window open and looked back to make sure she was asleep.. She was so sound and peaceful.. With this last look before I would return in a few hours, I jumped.

I landed on the ground and looked back up at the window. The lights are still out, I got away clean.. Now I must feed quick. Suddenly, I heard a scream. I ran down the sidewalk towards the noise and turn sharply behind a restaurant. "Come on cutie, lets just hand me the purse, and you can leave.." said I rougher voice..

I approached quietly and slowly until I was right behind him and swiftly touched the back of his head. I saw his spirit, a wounded and scratchy dog. I walked towards it and took my scythe and swiped the dog's light away. I opened my physical eyes and felt a refreshing rush of the spirit being absorbed.

As his body fell, I went to my spiritual form, so the lady wouldn't see me. She gasped at the body's thud and ran. This would satisfy me for now.. I began to make my way back to the dorm room. I went to my physically form when the coast was clear. I climbed the tree and up some stories to the window.

The room was still dark.. I slid the window open and stuck my arms in and pulled myself up. I stood on the window sill while crouched when the flick of a lamp switch made me jump and I heard the last voice I wanted to hear..

"Out and about huh?" Blake said. I turned to see her standing by her reading lamp, arms crossed. She curled her finger, telling me to come here. I approached her and she grabbed my shoulders and pushed me back on the bed and leaned over me. "Where have you been?" She prodded at me.

"I was just out for a walk." I said quickly.. too quickly for Blake to buy it.. "Uh huh.. Where have you been?" She asked once again. "Ummm" I searched for an answer. "Tell me (Y/n)." She said as she came forward and sat on my lap, still looking down on me. "I was getting you a surprise?" I said in a slightly higher pitch.

She still didn't buy it. She sighed and leaned down and kissed me suddenly.. She pulled up. "You want to tell me why your lips are cold?" She asked.. She had done some studying. "Fine.. Busted... But I need to fee-" Another kiss from Blake interrupted me. She made it longer and deeper before pulling away.

She put her finger on my lips after pulling away.. "Shh.. You know you can survive without feeding.. All it is is an addiction." She reminded me. I held her hand in mine. "But it isn't easy." I said and she shushed me again.

"Aw come on big boy, won't you do it for me?" She asked with a smile and slight movement from her waist. I sighed and looked side to side trying to dodge her eyes. But she straightened my face so she could stare at me with her eyes and kept moving her waist.

"Won't you be a good boy just until you get off spirits?" She asked and I sighed. "Ok fine you win... I'll stop feeding." She smiled, victorious and lied down on my chest. "I'm proud of you" she said. "Mhm" I said as I wrapped my arms around her.. This wouldn't be an easy course..Certain.... needs... would have to be met to distract me from it.. But Blake might not mind helping me.. After all, it's a really nice thought...
