"And that's a wrap," Yoongi says as he spins his chair away from the computer. "Thanks a lot Jimin."
Jimin takes off the headphones and leaves the recording booth. He fixes his hair as he approaches Yoongi. "It's no problem hyung. You know how much I enjoy working with you."
Although Yoongi didn't think any more of it, there was more meaning in Jimin's words. It wasn't just the feeling of recording and singing that Jimin liked, it was the feeling of being with Yoongi that comes with it. Sadly, this was just a one-sided thing for Yoongi merely communicates with him only when he needs Jimin's voice.
This has been their relationship for 6 months.
"Hyung," Jimin cries out as he plays with his fingers.
"What is it?"
"How about we eat out together?" Jimin suggests shyly.
The question makes Yoongi turn his chair at him. This was the first time Jimin had ever invited him to somewhere. It was always just a goodbye and an exit after recording. "Why now?"
"Well, I just want to get to know you," Jimin says as he dug his hands in his pocket. "We've known each other for so long yet we're basically strangers outside the studio."
Yoongi thinks hard about it. What Jimin stated was true. It wouldn't hurt to get closer to him and become actual friends, right?
Yoongi smiles and stands up from his seat. "So where to?"
