A/N: okay, so, I honestly didn't expect 1 person to read chapter 1 let alone 30. I know so many people have 100000000 reads, but I really didn't have high enough expectations to even have 30 reads. So, thank you for reading(: and I hope you keep reading! Oh, one last thing. This isn't going to be really long. This is sort of a test story I have this master plan brewing in my head for a fan fiction and I'm gonna get started after I finish this so I'll be writting a lot more! Thanks! Chapter 2:
The next day, Melissa woke up,and felt so happy. She couldn't wait to go to school and thank Jeff. Just thinking about what he did made her erupt in giggles. She dressed quickly in a yellow sundress and silver, strappy sandals. She put some make-up on. Drawing attention to her baby blue eyes, and making them pop. When she was finally satisfied she grabbed her things and headed for the bus.
While she sat there she thought of 2 things:
1) How excited she was to be turning 16 in a month, so she could get a car and drive to school.
2) What she was going to say to Jeff.
She didn't know where to begin. She was afraid that once she opened her mouth to speak to him, she would burst into tears. She didn't want to scare Jef and she really didn't want to somehow drive him away from her because he was her only friend as of now. The bus groaned to a stop in front of school much too early. Melissa smoothed her straight, hazel hair, and stood up. She pushed herself forward, her feet resisting movement. She got off of the bus and entered the building. Melissa walked as slow as possible. Readying herself to encounter Jeff. She knew she was no where near ready as soon as she saw those eyes fixed on her as she tip- toed down the hallway.
Jeff was yet again leaning against the locker next too Melissa's. He smiled warmly as she approached him. It tookd all Melissa had not to jump into his arms. "Hey." she said opening her locker.
"Hey? I arranged all of that yesterday in, like, five minutes and all I get is a hey?" Jeff said, acting stunned.
"Okay. Okay. I get it." Melissa explained as she put on the best 'in love' face she had. "Oh, Jeff. Thank you so much for everything that you did. It really was everything I could have ever dreamed of."
"Now that's more like it." Jeff said nudging Melissa with his arm. He smiled at her and winked.
"No, but seriously. That was one of the nicest things anyone has ever done for me. You are the only one, besides my parents, who has ever called me beautiful. Thank you so much. You don't know what that meant to me." Melissa stopped because if she went on her voice would crack and the tears that made her eyes blurry were threatening to spill over. She fanned herself to control the tears, and once she regained herself she looked at Jeff. He was standing there with a look of complete admiration. Melissa was about to say something again when Jeff pulled her into a hug.
"I don't know why" He whispered as he wrapped his arms around her. "You're so beautiful and I could see that you were having an awful first day. I don't know if it's just me but when I see such a gorgeous girl looking so upset, I can't help but make her feel happy." Melissa took in every bit of this moment. How soft his clothes felt as she clung onto the front of his shirt, how much he smelled like peppermint, and how amazing it felt when his jaw vibrated against her head.
Melissa pulled away and looked back up at Jeff. Accidentally, a tear escaped and ran down the side of her face. Jeff wiped it away and poked Melissa's nose causing her to smile.
"Shall I accompany you to Biology, m'lady?" Jeff asked offering Melissa his arm.
"Why, thank you, kind sir." She smiled.
Melissa couldn't remember what happened after that. All she knew was that she spent every bit of the day with Jeff.
A/N: okay the reason why this sucked so much ass is that its just a filler. I had NO IDEA what was going to happen in this chapter so I just wrote.
