Disclaimer: I donut own Naruto and i got the idea while watching episode 306 from Naruto Shippuden. It inspired me. Anyway I hope you enjoy the story. Maybe I'll make an epilogue, I'll see how well the story is liked.

The war was over, Hinata and Neji were still as close as ever. Neji was training Hinata for the past week non-stop, she had to prepare for a Clan ritual. Hinata was going to be seen as the clan head at last. She was going to have respect, Neji was glad she wasn't going to be looked down on, not anymore.

My body aches, Neji-niisan is really going rough on me, I was walking slowly back, dragging my legs to the Hyuga estate from my sparring session with Neji and Lee. Neji I can't believe he also had Lee help. Double the trouble. Lee really is the definition of youth.

"Oy!! Hinata-chan!!", Naruto yelled waving his hand enthusiastically. I always liked how Naruto always seemed to be filled with energy. Something I lacked at the moment.

I slowly walked over to them. My legs were as heavy as lead. Lee-kun had even suggested to wear weights on my feet to build speed, but Neji saved me. I sighed. "Hello Naruto-kun, Sakura-chan, Sasuke-san."

"What are you doing this weekend Hina-chan?", Sakura's eyes looked hopeful.

"I'm training with Neji-niisan, but in the afternoon around this time I should be done. Why do you ask Sakura-chan?"

YES!! She's free I can bring her along so she can keep Naruto company and I'll have Sasuke-kun all to myself. Inner Sakura was excited with her master plan since last time Hinata wasn't able to make it. "Hina-chan, they'll be a firework display this weekend, to honor Kakashi sensei becoming Hokage. You should come with us, since last time you were unable."

Hinata blushed and remembered how Neji tried everything possible to help her regain her vision, so she could watch the fireworks. "I'd love to go Sakura-chan! I can never thank you and Naruto-kun enough for trying to help me see them that time."

Sasuke was looking over the shy kunoichi, her hands were bruised and scratched it was obvious she was exhausted. He remembered her clearly as the girl who liked the dobe. She was always so proper, shy and reserved. Qualities other girls in the village didn't have. Although she was weaker than the other kunoichi too. She didn't throw herself at Naruto or flirt in a very obvious manner. She was so subtle about it that it could hardly count as flirting, and most importantly she didn't obsess over him. The Hyuga wasn't ugly. In fact she was very beautiful and the heiress to the Hyuga. Since she survived the war he guessed she must have improved in her fighting and was now somewhat strong. Maybe that's why Neji had wanted him to train her in his absence.

"Well Hinata-chan see you around!" Naruto was already saying goodbye to the Heiress. A tint of pink decorated her porcelain skin.

"See you Naruto-kun. Goodbye Sakura-chan and Sasuke-san" She smiled lightly and left her hair swaying gently to the sudden wind.

"Wow being heiress to a clan must be tough work" Naruto nodded as Sakura talked more. Sasuke zoned out.

The next day

"125", Neji's voiced echoed through the Hyuga estate.

"Alright.", Hinata got up and charged at Neji again.

"168", Neji was training me very diligently.

"Okay", I tried landing a blow on Neji, but he blocked it.

"Cover yourself properly. Here your elbow, your arm, your leg," He stroked my limbs as he mentioned what I should block.

"I understand" I kept trying to block but my vision was slowly blurring.
