Aphmau's P.O.V

Aphmau's Visions -START-

It was after the battle, Aaron was lying down, injured.

"Aaron, please! Don't leave me"

"Aphmau... I've always wanted to tell you this..."

"No no no no no! Please, Aaron!"

"Aphmau... I love you..."

"Aaron, I won't give up!"

Aphmau's Visions -END-

I woke up on a colourful and ridiculously soft bed, "W-where am I?" I questioned. I looked around to find Lucinda and Elicia staring at me, "You're at the Rainbow Castle" Elicia told me, "I bumped into one of the trees and hurt yourself" Lucinda said. 

I tried to sit up but I hurt all over and cried out in pain, as soon as I yelled, the doors busted open and I see Aaron standing there, "Aphmau?!" he said. He rushed over to my side and soon everyone else filed into the room, "Are you okay Aph?" Aaron asked me, "Yay! Aphmau~Senpai's awake!" Kawaii~Chan cheered. I smiled at Aaron, happy that those visions weren't real.

Wait... Does Aaron actually love me?

"Okay Aphmau, so we've healed you mentally but not physically, Lucinda is working on a potion for that right now" Elicia said, I nodded and smiled at how much they cared for me. "I was so worried Aph" Aaron said, "I thought I lost you" "We were all scared" said Zane, I could see the relief in his eyes.

Lucinda came over to the bed with a bright green potion, "Okay Aphmau, you're going to have to drink this" she said, putting the potion to my lips. I quickly swallowed and tasted the bubblegum flavoured potion, I immediately felt better and slowly sat up in the bed.

As soon as I wasn't in any more pain, I brought Aaron into a tight hug, "Promise me that you'll never leave me" I whispered in his ear, "I promise" he responded.

We were walking through the large halls of the Rainbow Castle, the walls were painted a light blue and pink, decorated with delicate white swirls and designs. Elicia said that we were going to the throne room, where we would see the Queen of Rainbows. 

"I would just like to warn you that the Queen has the ability to read minds, so keep any private thoughts out of your mind" Elica told us, "She doesn't hold back from using her abilities on strangers."

We came to a large golden door at the end of the hallway, on either side there was a guard fitted in all silver armor and attire. Elicia said something to one of them which then lead to them opening the doors to the room beyond.

When we walked through the doors, there was a huge throne at the end of the room, where a slim, black haired woman sat. "Welcome strangers" she said in a soothing voice, "My name is Athena, the Queen of Rainbows, what brings you to my kingdom?". Aaron was the first to answer, "Sorry for disturbing you, your highness, but we were ship-wrecked. We landed on an island and we ventured through a cave, which lead to your wonderful kingdom" "Oh, I see" she said. 

She carefully looked at all of us, as if studying us, her eyes eventually landed on me. When she saw me, she stared for a moment, she then spoke up and said, "You have many secrets dear, some that you aren't even aware of yet".

Dang it! I forgot she could read minds!

She chuckled and looked at Aaron, her eyes widened and looked back at me, "Well, since you are travelling through here, I can offer you a place to stay, on one condition." she said, "I see that you all have great abilities and have accomplished many things in the past, so I must ask you a favour. The Rainbow Kingdom is in grave danger, and I want you to help. Everyday, rainbows keep disappearing and we don't know why, so we want you to help us figure it out. This quest will require lots of courage and strong relationships with each other, and that's why I know that you are able to complete it. Elicia will show you to your rooms and tomorrow we will discuss more about this."
