Aphmau's P.O.V

We were still sailing across the deep blue sea, we had been at this for about two months now. We had been searching for treasure and adventure, but so far, nothing.

"Strong currents and waves ahead!" I heard Lucinda, the captain, yell out, "Prepare yourselves!". Just as she said that, a strong wave hit against the side of the boat, making it rock back and forth. Almost instantly after that, another wave hit against the boat, making it almost fall on it's side. Everyone on board was either holding onto the sides of the boat, or something stable on board.

A wave bigger than any of the others started rising and moving towards the ship, before we all knew it, we were overboard.

I slowly opened my eyes, only to find someone staring down at me, it was Aaron.

"Oh! You're finally awake" he said, looking relieved.

(A/N Just to let you guys know, Aphmau and Aaron aren't actually a couple yet. They're really close friends, but Aph doesn't know that Aaron's got feelings for her. I GOT THIS FEELING, INSIDE MY BONES. IT GOES ELECTRIC WAVY WHEN I TURN IT ON! Okay okay! I'll stops with the Justin Timberlake *mumbles* At least he's better than Justin Bieber)

"Where are we?" I asked lazily while looking around in wonder, "Oh yeah... we got ship-wrecked, yay..." Aaron sarcastically responded.

He stood up and held a hand out to me, which I gladly took, we walked around, helping the other crew members and looking at the damage done to the ship.

Once everyone had recovered, we helped gather some left over supplies, we brought them all into a pile and started working on a shelter. Travis, Garroth and Zane built the shelter, while Katelyn, Lucinda, Kawaii~Chan looked at the damage done to the ship. Aaron and I were left to the job of exploring to find food and materials.

We walked into the jungle on the island and looked around for any fruits growing on the trees. "Look!" I said to Aaron, pointing up at one of the trees, "I see some bananas, I'm going to climb up and get them" "Okay, but be careful" he said with concern in his tone. I nodded and started climbing up the tree. 

Once I was at the top I picked enough fruits to last us a couple of weeks, as I started to climb down, I lost my footing on one of the branches. I started to fall, so I did the most reasonable thing someone could do, I screamed. As I fell, I waited for the impact from the rough ground, but it never came.

I cautiously opened my tightly shut eyes, only to find Aaron looking at me. I hugged him with relief before he could say anything. He welcomed my embrace and hugged me back, we stayed in that position for what felt like forever.

When we pulled apart, I whispered in Aaron's ear, "Thank you" "It's no problem, are you okay though?" he asked. I nodded and we continued collecting materials.

A/N

I feel like that was really short, but that whole first chapter was inspired by @CrystalXStudios and her book "The Sentiment Beneath The Surface". Go follow her because she is an amazing writer and she writes a lot of Aarmau fan fics!

I FEEL SO PRESSURED TO WRITE MORE BECAUSE I'VE POSTED A CHAPTER!! I'll try and update as much as I can:)
