The gif will act as a live photo and will move when pressed. As far as I know, this only works for iPhone 6s and up.
1. Download GIPHY 2. Open the app and search for the gif you want in the bottom search bar 3. Choose your gif then click the first square with dots inside it

4. Click the live photo symbol/ the white and black circle

5. Depending on the size of the gif, you can save full screen or fit to screen. If your gif is verticle it'll most likely fit but if it's Horizontal, it's better to fit to screen. If you choose fit to screen your horizontal gif will have black fill ins at the top and bottom but it's better than full screen because your gif will be up close and wont show everything

6. Go to your settings and change your wallpaper. Size to your liking 7. On your lock screen, your gif should move when you hold and press down on it. It should also do the same in your photos app
