Chap. 1 Beginnings

(Hey, welcome to the book here it is!)

/Tom's POV/

It was a normal day like any I was swimming my laps around the lake and I saw some ripples in the water over near the shallows. I swam over near it but,not too close.What I saw was...a deer looking thing, it had a head of a human,deer like ears,a human body as well,and wait...goat horns,okay so every time I said deer just replace it with goat, (The 4th wall just cracked)and goat legs. I went through my head and remembered it was a land creature called a 'fern'. So, I swam a little closer so I could get a better look, the 'fern' was sitting on the beach of the bay. He was throwing pebbles in the water. So, that's why there was ripples in the water. I forgot what I was doing and got a little too close then he noticed me...oops. He threw a rock at me!!! I mean I know I might've scared him a bit but, A ROCK, SERIOUSLY!? I threw my tail up in fear and anger....but, mostly in anger(Liar) and swam away.

/Tord's POV/

I was trying to think but my mind was clouded by so many things and I noticed I was starting to stress out...again. So, I decided to just throw some pebbles that I found around the beach of the lake. Then something came out of nowhere it scared me for a moment, only for a moment though.(both of you really?) Without thinking I threw a pebble that was in my hand. Whatever it was,it threw up it's....tail??? Then it swam away, and man it was fast I didn't even get a good glimpse at it. Though I knew it was blue, and had a tail and it was really, really, really fast.

/Patryk's POV/

I was sitting and reading and noticed that Tord has been gone for a while. I tell Paul I'm going to look for Tord. "OK, be back soon!!!" he says. "KK!!!" I say back closing the door behind me. I looked around the forest and I found him by the lake again. "Hey, found you!!!" the shorter fern screamed in surprise and accidentally shot a fire ball. I quickly made a wall of metal to protect myself. "WOW, sorry I didn't mean to scare you!" I said returning the metal pieces into a satchel. I carry it around wherever i go because you see I'm a metal bender so I have to have metal near me so I can actually use my powers. Paul has to do this as well because we both have this power. Very few creatures and people have these powers and it's called bending, people.(SASS ALERT!) Don't judge me or my friends.

(Pat, the wall?!?)

What?

(You broke it....)

(again,fix it with bending powers or something.)

Oh, sorry.

(just try not to do it again and fix it)
