Hikari To Yami

Darkness

Third Person's POV

Edo kneeled down as his eyes started to glow a luminous purple. He started to yell in pain and agony as the darkness swirled inside of him. Soon,he couldn't take it anymore and let the darkness loose as he fell and fainted.

The dark spirit that had left Edo's body snickered. It went up to the fence and started to take the shape of a body.

At the time,Misaki had already completed her rounds with her supernatural speed. She sensed a dark power and a chill went down her spine. This feels familier... Who is it? Wait,this can't be... Misaki spun around to see...

"Oi!Misa!It's been awhile,hasn't it?" The dark spirit had taken its form. It was a boy about 12,he had hair as black as death,and eyes with a luminous purple glow. He wore a black robe and in his right hand he held a scythe which was placed on his shoulder.

"Yami!How did you get out?" Misaki screamed at him. The dark spirit,apparently named Yami,just snickered and smiled.

"Well,I don't think you should be worrying about me,Misa. Your dear little brother should have fainted from releasing me from my seal. My,my,is he standing?"Misaki turned her head and saw Edo who was starting to pick at the ground. He was starting to get up."Well,now,let's have a little fun shall we?"

"Yami No Furaru Bursto(Flare Burst Of Darkness)!" Yami raised his free hand as a dark mass started to amass itself in his palm. The sky started to turn dark and swirl in his palm. Thunder sounded in the area and he snickered."Witness my power!" He threw the dark mass into the centre of the court.

"Ho no Tsubasa(Wings Of Flame)!" Misaki echoed as she was engulfed in flames. The flames surrounding her body dissapated and wings of flame attached themselves to her back. She flew towards the dark mass. "Hikari No Saeba(Holy Saber)!"A white light shot from the sky through her grip. She flew towards the dark mass and shot the holy spear through the dark mass.

The explosion knocked everyone down. The miasma continued to swirl as Edo was going past his own physical limit to get up.

Edo's POV

I have to get up.Everyone isn't safe here. Where's everyone?I looked around for any sign of life. All that was in sight was black miasma. "Help!" A voice called out.

Kiseki

Third Person's POV

A bright light engulfed Edo. Anyone who even harms Kiseki-san,shall die! "Yami!"

"Hm,seems like our star has arrived.Now,show me something interesting,will you?" His hand readied,clutching his scythe.

"Hikari No Tsubasa(Holy Wings)!" Light covered Edo as he grew his wings of holy white. A holy sword came to his as he charged towards his enemy."Yami!" Their weapons clashed as the battle went on. Edo had let loose all his sadness,pain,and sorrow into the blade. He broke through Yami's defence as his sword shot across,carving a cut into Yami's face.

"Yami No Tekken(Darkness Fist)!" A fist hit Edo hard in the left cheek. He opened his eye to find black miasma starting to corrode his face. He kicked Yami's scythe as they flew to opposite sides.Edo stretched his hand out as he called for the strongest move he could muster.

The earth,lava,fire,water,and light,all started to swirl around his hand. "Elementaru Basuta(Elemental Buster)!" Edo broke into a sword stance as Yami leaped forward.

"Yami Imupakuto(Darkness Impact)!" His body was covered by a shield-like screen that covered all meteoric objects. His screen plungled through the miasma and shot down towards Edo.

"Go!!" They both shouted. Their weapons clashed as an explosion enveloped them.

The smoke cleared.

"Uh..." Edo dug his hand into the ground as he forced himself to get up. He staggered as he walked towards Yami. "This ends now!" He summoned a Soul Lance and pierced it through Yami's heart. Yami started to dissapate as he was sucked back into Edo. That was fun...

Yami appeared in Edo's conscious."Hey,Edo.I'll get the better of you next time."

"Sure."They punched each other in the face and they walked off.
