ch. 1 Is it fate or dumb luck

    EA Studios, San Francisco, 8:00pm, the young black Jermaine Douglas managed to sneak in the server room. He pulls down his hood and puts on his shades, baseball cap, and cool bandana with the skeleton smile on it. He also pulls out a flashdrive and sticks it in the servers mainframe. He sits on the floor and hooks his laptop to the server so he can get pass the annoying firewall and download all of EA's secerts. Jermaine sits back against the server saying "this should take about two minutes then im done." He was thinking to himself "too easy" until a flashlight shines on him and somebody yells out "Hey!!" "I spoke too soon" Jermaine said as he stood up grabbing his laptop and flashdrive. Two guards walked in the roon shining thier flashlights at Jermaine and pulling out tasers. The 1st guard shouts "put your hands up where i can see them!" Jermaine does as hes told but he walks towards them saying "fellas fellas we dont have to do this." Then all of a sudden he smacks the 1st guard across the head with the laptop, pushes him into the 2nd guard, takes his taser, and runs out of the door. He heads down the stairs where he sees another guard coming up. He jumps on the guard and tases him while they both roll down to the bottom of the stairs. Jermaine gets up running to the elevator at the end of the hall. As he gets in he sees three more guards running towards him. The door closes so the guards turn around and runs down the stairs to catch that elevator. They managed to catch up to it and when the doors opened no one was inside. They walk inside just as Jermaine planned. He swung from above them and lands outside the elevator. The doors close and the elevator head straight down. Jermaine  did this by using his computer to hack the elevator to automatically close when he got off. Then he got on top of the elevator to fool them. Jermaine runs down the hall and spots a huge slot in the wall. He quickly discovered that its a trash shoot. He jumps in the trash shoot and slides down the tube until he lands in a trash can outside the building but in the process he accidentally drops his laptop breaking it. He gets out the trash can saying shouting "oh come on!!!" He checked his pockets to make sure he still got the drive while taking off his cap, shades, and bandana. He walks down the street casually until he bumps into an old lady. "Sorry my bad" Jermaine said as he walked off. He ducks around a corner and checks his pockets amd doesnt feels the drive. "That old lady took it!!" Jermaine said as he turn around and saw the old lady getting on the back of a pick up truck and drove off. He chased down the truck all the way to an old junkyard where he sees the old lady go into a small shed. He follows her into the shed and ends up standing on top of a latch. He opens it and sees a ladder, he goes down the ladder and reaches the bottom. He slowly turns around and sees that two people are pointing guns at him. A shadowy figure grabs him from behind and points a hidden blade at his neck.
