Reverse Dipper x Reader

🥞 Breakfast 🥞

You opened your eyes and lifted yourself up. You rubbed your eyes a few times realizing this was your bed and that you were in YOUR room, "so it was all a dream...." you looked down at the sheets.

"Nope, not a dream."
Bill was floating at the side of your bed.
"Woah."
You jumped a bit from his voice since you didn't expect him to show up.
"You always show up when I least expect it did you know that?"
He chuckled, "that's the point."
You gave him a puzzled look but he ignored it.
"Well cmon don't just sit in bed, get up! You have a date to get to remember?"
You didn't say anything for a bit and just stared.
"Wait today's tomorrow?! I slept through a whole day?!" You said completely surprised, but mostly freaked out.
"You talk too much..."
He snapped his fingers and you were in front of a mirror with a completely different outfit. It was a mini skirt with leggings underneath with combat boots and at the top was a shirt that said 'don't be a non believer!' A bunch of stars around it and a (F/C) jacket.
"Wow...."
You admired how well put you were, even your hair was super soft!

"Stop looking at yourself and get going!", he snapped his fingers again except this time a necklace appeared, it had a yellow glow to it.
"A necklace?"
You touched the necklace that was around your neck admiring it.

"Yup it'll help me know when you need help. Plus I get to see through it to see how things are going, even though I can already do that. But don't expect much."
You nodded but didn't like the fact that he would be watching the date the whole time, you won't let that discourage you though!.
"Well time for you to head to the mystery shack, you know where it is?"
You smiled,
"Of course"
As you walked to the door you turned back to Bill.
"Thanks by the way, I mean it."
You left when you finished your sentence. He just floated crossing his arms. "Whatever..."

Dippers POV
I regretted ever telling Mabel I got a date......
"WE NEED MORE GLITTER!!"
"Please no"
I said while stopping mabel in her tracks.

Yesterday-
I walked back in the mystery shack dazed by the fact a girl wanted to go on a date with ME, she was even pretty to top that off.
"OOF"
I fell backwards from running into a wall. "WOMP you walked into a wall!"
Mabel laughed witnessing the act.
I huffed and stood up.
"So what happened with you? I mean I called for you, what's happenin bro bro."
Mabel said eyeing him suspiciously.
Y/N popped in my head and my face turned red.
"Nothing is ugh happening, heh heh."
I awkwardly rubbed the back of my neck.

"Your lying!! Tell me NOW!"
Mabel said childishly pointing her finger at me. I knew she would find sooner or later so what's the harm in telling her now?
"A girl came over and she asked me on a date."
Wow that sounded super unrealistic once I said it.

"Oh my GAWD!!"
Mabel started shaking me. "I'll help you get ready AHHH this is so amazing!!!"

Present-
And that brings us here, Mabel was gonna put a suit on me but I stopped her and just wore a bow tie. I didn't want to seem like I was trying to hard.
Mabel was probably gonna follow us around so obviously, great. I shook off the most of the glitter on me, "Mabel guys don't wear glitter!" I yelled a bit.

"Tell that to the hot vampires out there." She said. I slapped my hand on my face.

The door opened to the mystery shack and I peeked to see who it was. Wendy walked in and waved at me, "Hey Dipper, whatcha doin?"
I hid behind the wall clutching my chest whispering, "crap"
"Oh dippers got a date!"
Mabel said running to Wendy. "Oh good for him!" Wendy smiled sitting behind the counter casually reading a magazine.

The door bell rung and I couldn't get to the door fast enough. Mabel beat me to it and there she stood Y/N. she was so pretty and her outfit suited her. "Hey, you ready?"

Your POV
  "Umm hey dipper?"
He stood there just staring at you which kinda freaked you out since you felt like he was making second thoughts.

"Oh uh yeah."
He said his face turning red from embarrassment. "I'm Mabel by the way! Dippers twin." I already knew that but they didn't know I knew so I'll keep it that way.
"I'm Y/N nice to meet you."
You said trying not to smile to hard since this was so exciting.
"So what made you wanna go out with my bro?" She said hiding her smile with her hand.
"Mabel!"
Dipper said slightly yelling at her.

"Well it's kind of embarrassing but I guess right when I saw him I knew he couldn't be a bad guy, plus he's cute."
You let the last part slip from your mouth making you incredibly embarrassed turning red. Thank god Dipper didn't hear it but Mabel did, she shook my hand frantically.
"I think we'll get along Y/N, anyways you two better get on your date!"
She shoved Dipper out of the house slamming the door.
"Soooo"
He said looking the other way, leaving an awkward silence between us.
"I don't really know this place that well so do you know any places that are good?"
I said giving him a reassuring smile to not worry. You half lied about not knowing this place well I mean you thought that watching the show meant you knew where everything was, but you lucky to even find the Mystery shack.

  The smile you gave him half worked he looked in your direction but was still tense.

   "Well it's still the morning so did you get anything to eat before you got here?"
He asked.
"Oh shoot I forgot about breakfast I was so worried about getting here."
You thought out loud. He blushed a bit,
"Wanna go to Greasy's Diner?"
He said, you could tell he was nervous as hell but hey it wasn't his fault I mean a random girl just wanted to go on a date. I'd be nervous if that happened too.

"Sure, lead the way."
I said the smile never faltered on my face.
"Ok."
He started walking and you followed right next to him.

"So what do you do here in gravity falls?"
He was caught off guard by your question but answered it nonetheless.
"Well me and Mabel are just here for the summer and a lot of crazy things have happened so far."
He said getting less tense.
"Like what?"
You asked seeming intrested and you were, but you already knew his adventures but it would be better to hear it from him.
"Well gnomes, zombies, poltergeist, etc.. I know this probably sounds crazy right now and you probably don't believe me."
"Not at all, it's not crazy you don't seem like the type to make this up. Are you?"
You knew for a fact he wasn't but he'd probably think that your insane that you've watched his whole life behind a screen.

He smiled and shook his head, "no I'm not making it up. I'll tell you more once we're inside." He held the door open for you. You could tell he was excited from the huge grin he wore, he lost all of his fear and tenseness he probably was happy to tell someone else about the weird stuff going on here.

Once you two were both inside you sat at a booth, he was across from you at the table.
"Oh heyyyy, anything I can get for you?"
Lazy Susan said holding a notepad and pen in her hand.
"I'll take three pancakes!"
You said eagerly.
She wrote it down and turned to Dipper, "four pancakes"
He said with a smile on his face. Susan left as soon as she got the order.

    "So wanna talk?"

Sorry I'm a really lazy person XD my friends draggin me all over the place so sometimes I get time and add a bit to this so I didn't really get to finish it, but I thought you'd want an update so here ya go >_<
