"camp overnight at school" Sammy read slowly.

"so are we doing like one of the things of the list a day?" I questioned, trying to figure out if i made any sense.

"Yeah and according to you we dont have that long until you leave so I'm just trying to make the best of it." Kylie replied.

"Let's do it then" I sighed.

"I have a tent at my place and we might as well bring some toilet paper and spray cans if we we're gonna be there because school sucks balls" Sammy suggested.

"Tell me about it" I moaned.

"Okay well I'll see you later K. I'll facetime you in a bit with details but be ready by 9." Kylie squealed as she and Sammy left my apartment.

"Fuck" I laughed.

8:45

I grunted as I carried my backpack along with my 3 blankets and pillow down the stairs from the 7th floor.

"Shouldve taken the elevator" I mumbled.

*honk*

I hurried out the door to see Kylie's car in the middle of the road, stopping traffic.

"Don't just stand there we don't have all night" Sammy groaned.

"Move your car fuckface" an older lady yelled as she honked at the car.

"Go fuck yourself" Sammy replied.

I hurried into the backseat with all my "luggage"

"Why not park?" I asked stupidly.

"You live in downtown la. It's night time. You think there will be parking on a Friday night? You're funny" Sammy rolled his eyes.

"La serna here we come" I whooped.

"Sammy can you set up the tent for me?" I groaned in frustration.

"You put the fucking pole through the hole. You've fucked enough guys I'm pretty sure you know how this shit works."

"Sorry to break it to you kid but I'm a virgin" I grunted.

"That's what you say" Sammy hummed while fixing up the tent.

"Fuck you" I spat playfully.

"Can you guys stop bickering and act like you like each other just for a few seconds" Kylie groaned.

"Babe calm down. It's chill trust" Sammy halted her.

I couldn't sleep all night. I just thought about it.

Leaving for college

It would make me happy but

Would it be the right decision?

I heard rustling outside and immediately thought I was gone for. I crawled over to sammys tent but he wasn't in bed so I assumed he was making the noise.

I jumped out with my flashlight and aimed it in the direction where I heard the noise.

"Fuck" Sammy groaned, falling into the bushes behind him.

"Sammy oh my aha what are you doing up?" I asked awkwardly.

"And um why aren't your pants on?"

"I was taking a piss and you scared the shit outta me. Now help me out cause I can feel a stick digging deeper and deeper into my ass" he said so plainly.

I scoffed and helped him out.

"Put your shit away wilkson" I laughed.

"Wait before you go to sleep, stay up while I smoke real quick?" He begged.

"I guess" I agreed.

We both sat near my tent, turning on my phone flashlight for some decent 4 am lighting.

"So why you up so late k?" He asked in return.

"Couldn't sleep, everything's stressing me out I guess" I sighed, slamming the palms of my hands against my thighs.

maybe smoking some won't be so bad rn

"you're staring at it aha wanna take a hit?" Sammy asked before coughing up a storm.

"Nah" I disagreed.

"I know you want to" he shoved it in my face.

"Fuck you" I gave in, grabbing the blunt from his hands and slowly putting it up to my lips.

He looked at me and waited for my reaction but all I did was cough.

"Shut up" he shushed me, covering up my mouth.

"Don't wake up Kylie" he whispered.

"Who cares?" I coughed, taking another hit.

"So I take it you like it?" He assumed.

"There's a pain in my chest but the pain kind of feels nice" I tried to explain.

"Suicidal or some shit?" He chuckled jokingly, taking the blunt back.

"Now that I'm actually doing this, it ain't so bad but it burns a little" I confessed.

"You're a newbie, what do you expect" he coughed out.

"I guess I can cross this off my list then." I grinned.

"Glad I can be the one your first 420s with" he spoke.

I took the blunt back and we took turns passing it back and forth while talking about how peaceful it would be to live alone with nothing to pay off...no problems, bills, fucks to give.

We ended up staying out until the sun rose and our eyes slowly began to close.
