~Time Skip~
School had finished. Carrie and I were walking down the road, feeling bored. Nothing happened at school today. I know, I worry about my grades, but school can be boring, trust me.
I had realised that there were two people walking behind us. The sound of their shoes followed us all the way to the beginning of my road, which was about 5 roads away. I started to panic a little.
"Carrie, I think they're following us."
Carrie looked backward and faced the two men. I did the same. They were tall and looked very strong, and were in black suits that had a badge with a logo. It said M.W. underneath.
"Hey bug off. Stop following us, creeps." Carrie was always the brave one. I would sometimes get jealous of her.
The two men furrowed their brows and struck. One pushed Carrie into the wall, making her scream, and the other one picked me up, draped me over their shoulder and started walking down an alleyway. I kicked them, but they didn't flinch.
So I screamed instead. They both stopped suddenly and stood side by side. One twisted the top of a ring and a blue beam of light shone on us. And then we were gone. Just like that.
