HOME SWEET HOME

{Maya's pov}
I waved Nathan goodbye as I step inside my house .
I let out a big sigh , I feel so much better  now that I am home .
People have some type of happy place or hideout , but to me there is nothing like home. My house sometimes gave me the creeps tho, because it was huge but it was always empty and quiet .
But I still loved the quiet , it's peaceful.
Whenever something happened , like for example what happened  today at Nathans house . I always wanna come home right away to feel safe and relieved.

I still could not get over what just happened , I mean
One, I kinda enjoyed it but I now know for sure who I really want is James
Two , every girl in my school wishes she was me right now
Three, he did say he wanted something with me.
I just feel like he started of with the wrong foot and that was enough to make me second guess everything .
I feel like I over reacted but I was nervous and didn't know what to do .
I also felt like everyone was right and he just wanted to fuck me and that is all.
He said he wanted something with me but I don't know why it didn't sound that sincere .
I don't know if its my mind recognizing a lie . Or my mind making me think its a lie because of all of the shit I have heard about him .

I walked up the stairs put my black Chanel on my study desk .
I immediately felt the strong urge to get water since Nathan didn't  give me any at his house .I walked down the stairs to get water . Opened the fridge,  grabbed a water bottle and went to my room.
I grabbed my bag to get started on my homework  and put on my glasses .
that's right I wear glasses but I only wear them when I'm at home .
I soon got a call from my dad

Hey babydoll

Hey dad

So what do you want to do for your birthday?

Why  are asking that all of the sudden ? Is something wrong ?

Okay....babydoll... listen I know me and your mom  promised we would be there for your birthday but, something happened  and we might not make it .

The last time I saw you was 3 moths ago and you did even mind saying goodbye !

The best things, go to the best schools ,wear the best clothes

You don't get it do you ? I don't care about having everything , going to the best schools or wear the best clothes ,
I care about having my parents there when I need them . Do you have any idea how many birthdays YOU have missed .?!
Mom at least tries to make an afford you look like you don't give a fuck  !
Do you think money can give me the love and time I am missing from my own parents !

The last time you came to my birthday was when I was ten . 

The last thing that I want is for you to think I don't love you .

I get lonely you know ? You guys leave for work before I can wake up . My only chance to see you is at dinner time but your work is too important.
I see mom making an afford ,but I font see you doing that . I don't have siblings. And you guys are never around .

I promise  I will try my best . Even tho i'm not going to be there I still want you to have a fun and great party.

Your mom said she is gonna call you later to talk about the party .
