11 months later

Today had marked a month away from each other. Perhaps they only found each other for that certain time in their life where they needed someone who understood them on a deeper level since they didn't have anyone who knew them and only judged them from what the media says. Harry wanted a fresh start, someone who didn't know all about him and saw him to be a womanizer and man-whore people claimed him to be. Millie needed someone who supported her, loved her and gently kept her in the right lane. They were each other's soul mates. Or, at least they thought they were. The moment Millie saw a change in him, she knew she had to do something. She had gotten the satisfaction of his love and she seemed to feel like she didn't need it anymore, as much as that hurt her she could feel it. She wasn't using him for his fame to get more attention, if anything Millie was happy and in love with Harry. But things had changed.

He couldn't get her out of his head. No matter how hard he tried, he'd wake up in the middle of the night because he couldn't bare the feeling of nothing in his arms. He could picture her, laying in his arms, her feet rubbing against his. Light kisses on the face and neck, little touches turning into tickles and soon turning into erotic movements.

"We're not who we used to be, Harry."

Those eight words hadn't left his mind since the day they pooled from her mouth. Tears streamed down her face, she had the nerve to be wearing one of his shirts as she said it. His heart shattered and he could tell from the glistening of her eyes and the sniff coming from her nose that she regretted even saying such a foul thing.

Harry's guitar sat in his lap as he played sadly. Thoughts of her were sealed into his eyes. Every time he closed them he could see her smiling face, her cheeks flushed, her hair down, those red lips laughing at how she had gotten a stain on her white button up shirt from that same lipstick shade. He could hear her laugh, taste those sweet lips of hers. He mindlessly lifted his hand and could feel the curve of her hip. He could still see the way she strutted away from him the last time they had sex. Those lovely pink lace underwear she had bought specifically for him, the way she turned her head slightly to look at him with that sexy smirk and a wink from her brightening eyes.

"I'll miss you." Now. Those words. Those ones made his heart fall deep into his stomach. He could hear her voice cracking as she said it.

"I love you." He had said when he tried to reach for her. "I've never loved anyone this much." He had tried to touch her, but she pulled away as if his touch was burning her skin. She didn't look at him at all as she shook her head.

"Don't say that. This is already fucking hard for me."

"Then stay. Stay with me." He plead and plead. He even got on his knees as she packed away some of her items in a traveling case.

Why? Why did she do this to him?

He felt empty. He didn't feel like himself. His glass was half empty without her. He looked at the world differently for everything reminded him of her.

And for Millie, the heartache was hard to bare.

She couldn't look at the tattoo on her hand for weeks after she had left Harry. That dreaded tattoo that she had got with him, he held her hand as they drew the lightening bolt on her finger. She smiled lightly at the image of when he kissed her cheek when they were done. He adored that tattoo, he adored all of her tattoos.

The look on his face as she said goodbye haunted her in her sleep. She had panic attacks every night, waking up in a cold sweat. She knew she'd never find anyone like him again. He was everything and nothing. With him, she felt understood and accepted. He supported her and tried his best to help her with her own works along with struggles. And yet she could see the neglect he was putting on with his family. Millie had become Harry's main priority and she could see the harm it was doing to their relationship and their family.
